Hotel was in the process of remodeling during our stay. Even with this going on it was a wonderful stay. Affordable, clean, large rooms and well worth the stay. This will be my choice when staying again. I highly recommend for anyone. Staff was nice and helpful through out our entire stay.

The hotel was clean, but old and located in a very unsafe neighborhood.

There was hair on my sheets from the previous guest. It needs a total makeover. The rooms were dirty, the walls were dirty and it smelled bad. I was afraid to take my shoes off so I kept them on the whole time. The bathroom door wouldn't even close because someone had busted into it.

Traveling with a limited budget, I was looking for a place to stay that had all things that a hotel would have with a price I could afford. The Coach Light Inn had all of that with high-speed internet and flat screen TV's for a reasonable rate I was more than happy staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Highly overpriced for product received. Maintenance of facility is very poor such as light and vent covers missing, lights not working, no hangers for clothing, tile grout missing, etc. Aminities provided such as soap, shampoo etc are unheard of brand names and obviously the cheapest available. Rooms are very large and in spite of poor maintenance, are very clean.

I liked nothing about this hotel. I disliked everything about this hotel. No parking spaces. Had to park a block away. No choice. The room was filthy.

This motel was recently remodeled, rooms are nice and clean. The houskeeping staff was very friendly. For the price you can't beat it. I would stay here again.

As frequent travelers of Route 66, my wife and I are always looking for motels with character, class, and comfort. The Coach Light Inn has all three! It is located away from the noise of the freeway. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Bob, the host, is as gracious and friendly as you'll find. We recommend this motel whole-heartedly. You'll love it!Bob will be happy to give you directions to the Blue Bell Creamery and other area attractions.

The owners and staff was wonderful. The construction. Even though they had construction going on I would go back and stay there again, the staff and owners are wonderful people and have done a lot of wonderful things for this motel. I remember it 20 years ago and it was owned by someone else and it was a not a good motel but now it was better and relaxing. I will stay there again.

I had a very clean room and the management was very helpful for me to find good places to eat. The Staff keeped my room spotless and well supplied with the things needed by a long term traveler. This was my second trip to Brenham and I asked to stay at The Coach Light Inn because of My good experiance with the Motel back in August.Well recomended by Me!!

After making a reservation a week in advance, I needed to cancell one day of my booking 6 days in advance of my stay. The owner and staff could not handle this request. They said I had to pay for both nights or cancell all together. My simple request was meet with nothing but no, No help for a cancelation and no help to give some down home customer service. Something you would expect in a small town! It sad but even small towns are all about the dollar and not looking into the future to see giving a little now will make a large gain for you later!!!!

not make sense about price ... it is worth only 39-45/nt not freindly staff, family run motel very unproffessional. we have no choice because of Antique show....just price groughing

"I have stayed here for 4 straight years when coming for the wildflowers. The place is great, large rooms, good location, good AC. Guy running the place is very friendly."
