The hotel served our needs in being close to the hospital . We wish there would have been a restaurant other than fast food to go for our noon and supper meals. The staff only gave us a pizza place as a choice for eating. The buffet breakfast was great!

Breakfast buffet was excellent! Room was clean and comfortable but ordinary; indoor pool was not open before breakfast. The hotel is not expensive and is fine for a short stay in Chicago's southwest suburbs. The best part is the breakfast buffet. There's also a good Japanese restaurant across the street.

The location is great and convenient for quick travel to a large part of Chicagoland. Service is always good. The only negative is the age / upkeep of the rooms. While they are generally kept clean, the outdated carpet and furniture make them seem "shabby". The price is good for the room size and location. The free breakfast is better than most at hotels.

I thought it was great. Was clean and neat, and the hot breakfast was a definate plus! Nothing to complain about. I'd stay here again in a heart beat my next stay in Chicago area.

This was a business trip so I didn't have a lot of time to spend at the hotel, but everything was exactly as represented. Front desk staff were very nice (one loaned me his calculator when I couldn't find mine), there was a really great (surprisingly great!) buffet breakfast every morning - even manager's special free cocktails that I wasn't around to take advantage of. In-room coffee and tea, etc. My ONLY comment would be to improve the quality of the pillows. I'm sure that if I asked Housekeeping they could have done something but I left early and arrived back late and so I never even asked. they had only one computer for public use, but there was a sign that asked guests to limit use to 15 minutes and it seemed that everyone respected that. I would definitely stay here again. It is in VERY close proximity to lost of restaurants and shopping in both Hinsdale and Oak Brook.

I liked how they provided Happy Hour from 5-7 PM. Clubhouse Inn and Suites was a nice play to stay for the Chicago Marathon. The Metro Rail was only about 3 miles away so it was easy to get around. They did not provide a lot of towels which was kind of a hassle but other than that I was pleased with my stay.

Although this wasn't the most luxurious hotel we stayed in during our vacation, it was quite nice and had a few nice amenities. One was a 5-7 pm happy hour with popcorn, 2 small glasses of soda, beer or alcoholic beverage. Also, an assortment of crackers and cheese squares were available. The hotel also offers a reasonably nice breakfast buffet. The fare isn't amazing, but it is still more than many hotels offer as a benefit. The convenience of shuttle to the nearby train station and back to the hotel was also helpful.

Convenient location, clean, and great area of town. Pool and spa were in separate rooms. Would recommend.

The pool was a little cool but a enjoyable. The room was large and the bed comfortable.

Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Hotel was very nice, breakfast was good, staff was friendly, and would stay here again if traveling to the area.

As our long trip finally got us into the parking lot in the wee hours of the morning, a day later than plan, I realized that I needed a refrigerator in my room to keep my medications. Since the room engaged was not so amenitied, I had to pay for an upgrade in the smoking section. Neither my spouse nor I smoke and were too tired to contest or use any prudence. The night audit did not seem to have any experience with our situation and attempted to charge us plenty for the upgrade we were reluctant to accept.

Location, quiet, breakfast buffet. Tobacco smoke smell. Well designed facility operated with attention to detail, pleasant dining area near lobby with excellent breakfast buffet, favorable location.

I was pleasantly surprised at the included breakfast and happy hour. Room size and appointments were surprisingly good for the price. Hotel staff was fair-to-good. Only problem was with their scheduling of room housekeeping. We tend to stay in the room until at least late morning when on vacation. We put out the do not disturb sign and take it down when we leave for activities. They seemed to have a problem with getting room cleaning done at the later time. We had to ask for the service to be done and on one occasion, it was rushed through without complete restocking.

Location was convenient. Decor was rather outdated, but okay for cost of room. The cost was very reasonable for a Chicago area motel. It was adequate for what we needed for this trip.

The staff at the Clubhouse Inn Westmont sure went out of their way in assisting me with every need I had. From getting me more pillows, to going on-line to print out directions to many Chicago areas I needed to go. I will always return to this motel when I'm in Chicago.

Location. Pool could have been cleaner.

Overall the stay was great. We picked this location for two reasons the indoor pool and complimentary breakfast buffet. The buffet was wonderful though the indoor pool was very chilly.

Clean with wireless, pool, hot tub, food. All I needed! 2 miles from interstate in bedroom neighborhood, but who cares. I'd stay here again and again each time I visit my client nearby. Nothing extravagant, but everything clean and as expected. And I usually stay in nice places, so I was happy that this turned out well. Wireless internet, some rooms had refrigerator and microwaves. We had three rooms total.

Exercise bike not working. Breakfast was very good.

This hotel had a very nice hot breakfast buffet included with the room rental rates. The carpeting in my room needed vacuuming, and the pool water was a little on the cold side. This is a very nice hotel to stay in when you are on a short vacation. The rooms are clean and the area appears to be safe. This hotel is an excellent value for the money.
