It's a really good stay, with good service

Convenient, close to Millennium Park, some rooms overlooked river. Some things had to be asked for: washcloths, coffee and creamers.
Date of Stay:

We booked about 2 days before we checked in and got a nice view of the neighboring bulidings fire escape, the valet takes a little long, but thats just a tiny disappointment. Security is great, you need your key card to move the elavators. All around it was a great time.

This room stunk from the second we walked in. The bathroom smelled water damage or mold. We complained, and they said they would have someone look at it. The problem was NOT taken care of. There was also trash left over in the closet from a previous person. The air conditioning took FOREVER to cool down the room too. It wasn't even on when we got there, so we started sweating immediately.

Great location! Close to everything but not so clean and only one elevator worked so I waited about 20 minutes to get my turn on the elevator and i just gave up..used the staris all the way from the 19th floor..(with my bad knee)

It is true that the rooms are small but are quite clean and comfortable. We had a great view overlooking the Chicago River. We booked great affordable hotel rates without the sacrifice of quality! Will definitely stay here again.

We were in a 33rd floor in a tiny room with a great view (we could see Millennium park from the window). The room was a little small, but good enough for us. The location was right in the loop, perfect for tourism. Would come back again, it was well worth the money.

Top hotel room with a perfect view, cleaning room, fitnessroom. We had a perfect room with a perfect view from 38th floor on michigan river an from the other window we saw the bean.

This hotel seems to have air conditioning problems. It happened to be very warm outside yet the air condition wasn't working. When I called the desk they told me the "chiller wasn't working." Huh? I asked when this would be rectified but didn't get a straight answer. Night two and three where the same, except it cooled off outside on night three. To make matters worse, the windows were a disaster. They had to be opened by the maintenance staff and needed books under them to stay open! Unbelievable. The staff was generally courteous but had no solutions. This is not typical of Club Quarters- I?ve stayed at many locations and had very good expereience.

Clean room, friendly staff, great restaurant, and a great place to stay if you are taking the Wendella boats for fireworks nights!

Very good location; had mini fridge and microwave, very handy. Room was very small, shower only, no tub; carpting old and worn. The location of the hotel was great. Very close to the major sites. The hotel was rated as a 3 and 1/2 star but I would rate it more as a 3.

My fiance and I stayed here for a night after driving 11 hours from Maryland in one day. The room was small, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for directions and someplace to get Chicago style pizza. Free wireless internet, bottle water, and a great location along the Magnificent Mile and easily accessible to the "L" train and many of Chicago's major attractions. The only downsides I could see was that they didn't have their own parking (there is a garage nearby for 20/day or valet for 35ish) and no continental breakfast. Other than that, it completely met our needs and far surpassed our expectations. I would stay here again.

Location. Nothing. Great location. Clean, updated facility. Friendly staff. We were lucky to have a fantastic view from our room.

The location was great. Just steps away from Michican Ave. The rooms were alright but the view was not that good unless you had a river room view. All in all a good hotel.

This hotel dropped it's rate while I was there, and because I booked on Orbitz, I could not get the cheaper rate for my stay ($50 a day cheaper). Don't book on Orbitz.

The location was great. We had the suite because of the kids and it worked out perfect with the kitchenet. Very affordable! Did not have a poo. Very affordable. The rooms were very clean and perfect size for somewhere just to sleep. If you take kids request the suite! The microwave and fridge came in handy to eat a quick snack or breakfast (since they don't have free breakfast). The do have a resturant that is we ate chicago deep dish pizza one night, pretty good!

While we were in Chicago we were in walking distance of most attractions and only 2 blocks from the "L". We took a cab to "Old Town" for only $10. We were blocks from Millenuim and Grant park, the beach, Navy Pier, Sears tower.
