The hotel was an upscale YMCA the rooms are very small but if you are just there for a business meeting then it might be fine. It reminded me of a small cabin on a cruise ship. Also, it would have been nice to know that parking was offsite and that you have to schlep your luggage through the streets.

Very clean, great location, friendly helpful staff. Room was very small, and parking was horrible or cost $30.00 a day.

Excellent hotel, I would recommend to everyone! The staff was really nice, the restaurant is excellent, the location is really in the center, free coffee and water is available in the lobby ...

Club Quarters Philadelphia is located in a convenient place in the heart of downtown. This hotel is close enough to many attractions which makes taking a bus/taxi or walking easy. With the exception for all the extra charges this hotel is mediocare. The hotel charges for an early check in and an early check out ( depending on how late and early you want to check in/out). In addition, our flight did not leave until Sunday evening so we had to store our bags with the hotel since we did not want to pay the extra fees for a late check out. The hotel also charged per bag to store them with the hotel on Sundays. The rooms are very small. A standard room comes with two singles or one full. My guest could barely fit on the single bed since he is rahter tall. His feet were hanging off the bed. I suppose you could pay another EXTRA fee for an upgrade but again I would recommend staying somewhere else. If I were to pay all these extra charges then I would have opted to stay at another hotel. I will not be going back to this hotel.

I like it very much, the location is very nice and it was a good price through the promotion on orbitz.com that was over $80 off, compared to that of the price on other websites. The room was clean. Yes, it is smaller for a hotel room, compared to that of like a Hilton. But I was by myself and the room was at a discounted rate, so it was ok. I assume if I was traveling with children the room would be bigger but I was a single traveler and the bed itself was comfortable and spacious for me. I also liked the spring water in the hallways, the staff was friendly and the pillows on the bed were comfortable, so I slept nice. The bathroom did not have a tub, it was more of a shower stall, which was fine for me. i am not picky about these type of things, as long as it was clean, which it was. And I enjoyed the free wireless in my hotel room! However, my room did not have cable television, just basic channels.

Great location for exploring Philadelphia. Rooms are fairly small, but clean and fine for a couple. Small fitness center. Didn't try the restaurant but it looked good. Disappointed that the bar closed early.

This was a great hotel experience. Great location in Center City, convienient to all kinds of shopping and sights. Hotel itself very nice. Looks small on the outside but really has a very spacious and comfy lobby. The room was beyond my expectations for comfort and was not too big or too small. Will definitely use this hotel again.

This hotel is excellent. They have very good customer service and we really enjoyed our stay there. It is close to many restaturants, bars, and within walking distance to magor sight-seeing venues. Just bring your walking shoes :)

Very convenient and good security. No place to unload. I loved everything about the hotel except unloading. We started to unload across the busy street from the hotel. The employee of hotel with cart told us to move in front of the hotel even though it said no stopping. He said just keep flashers on and stay with the vehicle.

The wireless AND wired internet services were terrible. The room was tiny and the bed was a short single. The furniture was in bad shape. Most of all, when I needed to change my itenerary they were in-flexible in providing a refund for my un-used portion. Will not stay here again!

I have had other excellent experiences through Orbitz-and I chose this hotel, despite a review that said "unfriendly staff"-and they were right. I arrived exhausted-and was greeted by being ignored-then a very "snippy" remark-this was NO WAY to welcome a guest! The toilet didn't work the first day-and they don't mention that there is no parking-so what you save on the room-you pay in parking @ a private lot-$35.00 per night!

The rooms were comfortable and not as small as I expected. Nothing. We had a great time and we will stay at club quarters again!

The hotel personnel were kind, courteous and helpful. The room was small but clean comfortable. All-in-all, a very pleasant stay and, compared to other hotel prices in the area, a very good deal.
