Located very towndown it is the perfect location for visiting Boston. Free water, internet and very nice and clean rooms made our stay very enjoyable. Attached pub (Elephant & Caslte) is also very nice to visit.

Very nice small rooms. Small room. Over all good would stay again.

Club Quarters Boston needs to make its parking arrangements more clear to guests. Information about parking facilities was only presented following check-in - potentially too late to be of use.

My wife and I booked this hotel for a quick getaway just the 2 of us for a weekend. The hotel was in a fantastic area of Boston, and the staff was ver helful for directions and places to eat. Everything we wanted was close by and we can't wait to go back again. And we will book this hotel when we do.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Rooms seem larger than they are due to floor to ceiling windows and bed placement. Trendy decor. Little accommodation for clothes (hooks only) and no dresser drawers. Adequate room to spread suitcase on floor though. Location is excellent, close to tourist sites, MTBA subway, and downtown nightlife. No bathtub, but usually take shower anyway. Restaurant/bar downstairs nice, but get higher floor due to noise if staying on Fri/Sat. Hotel has club room if you'd like to relax without having to pay for meal/drink. Free water bottles were great touch. Hotel will store your luggage before checkin or after checkout so you don't have to lug it around. In short, everything I needed for affordable price.

My girlfriend an I are both college students on a budget, yet we felt like VIP's the entire time. I could go on forever with all the positives. The location is great with Quincy Market & the Boston Commons only a few blocks away. The staff was knowledgable & friendly 24/7. One of the many little things they do well is offering free bottles of purified water on every floor. This was a great perk after walking around all day. The room service was delicious & timely. Above all else, the price was great. I would reccomend this place to any one looking for a weekend getaway. Heck, I would recommend the Club Quarters to anybody looking to have a great time.

Efficient service and convenient location. Movies on demandway too expensive ($13.95 for a movie that is already on video). I enjoyed the stay here - the staff was very helpful. The rooms were small, but very clean and it was very efficiently run. Fantastic location and the meals were very affordably priced - nice in-room meal service without the usually overpriced hotel fees.

excellent choice for any buisness traveler or family looking for an inexpensive but well appointed place in a city to stay.

To stay at a Club Quarters you need to be a member, but that doesn't apply on weekends. I guess they cater to business travel and want to keep the rooms occupied when the business people go back home. As a result, you get a very good hotel at better than expected rates. I had a regular room at first, but for the second night upgraded to a suite for only an extra $20 because they had some empty ones. The regular room was nice enough, but the suite was even better. Very roomy, nice desk, comfortable couch and two TVs. My only quibbles, both minor, was that the AC/heating unit was a tiny bit jet engine-ish, and that both rooms had a perfectly fine but somewhat small shower (i.e., no tub). In fact, one of the best things about the room was the Grohe shower fixture, which was adjustable 17 different ways and not yet another crummy hotel shower. It was a real treat, actually. I've stayed in lots of hotels, and this one was very good and very reasonably priced. It was clean, well kept, secure and comfortable. Recommended.

The location and price were excellent and the staff was friendly and efficient. There was nothing in particular I did not like. It was exactly what we hoped for given the rate we were paying. The location of this hotel was perfect for seeing the sights of Boston on foot. The staff was friendly and efficient and responded well when I requested an ambulance to take my husband to the hospital.

We decided to stay in Boston for a few days after a week cruise through New England. This hotel fit our needs perfectly. The hotel was very comfortable and accommodating. The rooms were small but very clean and there was very little noise. I loved the refillable water bottles. The front desk helped with directions, reservations, and taxi service. The hotel was within walking distance of the historical sights of the Freedom Trail which was one of the main things we wanted to see in Boston. The restaurant was convenient and and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet! We were really pleased with X who was our server on Saturday night. He was pleasant and efficient and very helpful on Sunday morning when he wasn't really assigned as our server. I will consider staying at other Club Quarters or even stay here if i ever return to Boston

If you are new to Boston and walk quickly, as I did, you may miss the front entrance. This hotel is made for business travelers. It has small rooms ( at least the one I had was small) but it is very comfortable for a few days in Boston. They cater mostly to young students and those of us on a budget. They are in the center of the financial district and within walking distance of dinning and metro transportation. Its a walk from the Amtrak station which is why I chose the hotel. I will be going there again soon.

Rude service. Refused to give sheets and covers for sofa bed. They ended up just giving me wrong size sheets. There are many better quality hotels in the area.

We stayed here for a weekend wedding and were pleasantly surprised. The beds are comfortable, good water pressure in the shower and a short walk to many of Boston's tourist attractions. There is a restaurant attached that has a genuinely friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast buffet for $, my wife thought it was expensive, but I stay in many cities for travel and thought it was actually inexpensive, considering the amount of food. The only negative is that the people working the front desk at the hotel could try to be a little more friendly, they may want to take lessons from the restaurant staff.

I now am making a habit of staying at Club Quarters hotels when they are available. The theme of these hotels seems to be wireless Internet, working desks, and flat screen TVs in small but clean rooms at reasonable prices. That's often just what I need in a large city hotel, since I am there not for the hotel itself but for some activity outside the hotel. The staff at this location were, to a one, helpful and service-oriented. Oh, and I love the refillable water bottles for my city walking. That is a great amenity that I am sure others will pick up on. All in all, I had a short but enjoyable stay.
