I spent two nights here. Rooms were nice, lobby was nice, and there was wifi. The location can get a little quiet on the weekends since it's in more of a business part of town, but there are still options. The Tube is less than a 10 minute walk away. They actually had free bottled water by the elevators... a very nice touch.

Great location, free WIFI. Coffee in room was terrible (instant!). Even coffee offered in lobby was instant! This hotel definitely catered to the business traveler. The standard room was quite small for two people, but comfortable and quiet. Location in the financial district was great and restaurants were convenient.

Very good value for money, would definately stay there again on our next trip to London. Everywhere very accessible.

Our room had a view of the pickle building and we were an easy walk from the Tube. The staff was very friendly and warm. A nice stay and excellent value. We were pleased with our stay.

It was a nice size, good amenities, a short walk to tubes and stores. Poor signage (common there), very small bathroom, business center not open hours. As a leisure traveler my first time away from the U.S. I wanted something easy to get to and nice. This hotel room was quite nice with a fridge, microwave, bathroom with shower, nice TV etc. Since I was interested in keeping friends and family posted on my travels, not having 24 hour access to the Internet in the business center was disappointing. (6hr time difference). Overall, I recommend the hotel to those traveling alone or as a couple, but not so much to those traveling as a family. I felt under dressed without a suite and tie.

Compared to most of hotels in downtown London, the room was spacious (it was not a box). It has a desk, free DSL and wifi internet connection, closet and clean bathroom with shower. Free Tea kettle and coffee and tea in the room was nice as well as free coffee and tea in the lobby. In the hall way, it also has free ice and water (with plastic bottles to carry your water). Staff are friendly and helpful. My room was on the 2nd fl. and was slightly noisy in the morning when garbage trucks were collecting garbage. But the level was not more than what's expected in the middle of city. Right next door is a restaurant with free wifi and very good value meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sainsbury's local supermarket is around the corner on Lombard St. Underground connection is good as well as buses to all directions. Walking distance to London bridge and tower. It was the best value hotel I stayed in London.

We Had a lovely room, maybe we were lucky but the room was very large and clean. Check in and out was super fast and easy using the self check in computer. It was also nice not having to check out until 12 noon. Would recommend and use this hotel again.

This hotel is perfect for me. It has close access to the Momument and Bank underground stations. The wireless internet and club room is great for meeting with my London partners.

We stayed here on New years eve. Very impressed with the hotel. The free tea and coffee in the lobby was a great touch along with the free bottled filtered water in every lift lobby. Would definately stay here again.

The rooms were huge. There was a hair dryer, but be careful because it's weird and the handle gets really hot. The staff was a little weird when I asked for an extra pillow, ("There should be one for each guest in the room,") but they came through in the end. The staff held our luggage all day. They even let us get into our luggage around 5:00 PM and then come back and pick them up around 11:00 PM. The hotel is located in London's business district. I stayed there over a bank holiday, so there was nothing open near the hotel. The nearest tube station is Monument, and is it only a couple blocks away. It was actually nice to come back to the hotel and not be around the bustle of the city.

The staff & amenities were great - water provided along with free internet made the stay enjoyable. The part of town isnot busy at all on weekends - no restaurants nearby on the weekend. I would definitely stay at a club quarters hotel again, and will look for them in the next few cities I visit.

We stayed the weekend at Club Quarters. It was fabulous! The staff knew us by name and always extremely friendly and helpful. I would, without a doubt, stay here again!

Great staff. I had some issues with my room, they gave me another room immediately. Short walk from Monument Underground Train Station (Subway) Easy walk to many London sights. First Class! If you want to order in, try DELIVERANCE, the menu is on the tele.

Located in the heart of London, close to Thames river and Tower Bridge. No tub in the bathroom. Restaurant hours were inconvenient for tourist activities. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very expensive (16 BP for a beefburger with chips). The rooms were clean and quiet. Some rooms on inside have no view and little daylight coming into the window.
