I liked the friendly person at the front desk and the person who answered the phone at the Crow's Nest. It looked dark, dreary and dirty. The staff was friendly and courteous and anxious to help. The physical appearance of the front area, the rooms and hallways were dark and in need of painting, and modernization. The bathroom flooring needs attention. Our family stayed at the Clover Island Inn for 3 weeks in the 1980's and it was wonderful. I don't think it's been updated since. It needs TLC.

Older hotel--needs some repair/update. Bed was not very comfortable. Good location. Room/bathroom was clean.
