I have stayed at the Clock Tower in the past and thought it was ok but needed updating. They have done many updates and renovations since I stayed just last year. The room was nice and clean, the staff friendly, the the food was good. The hotel seems to have taken a turn for the better! The Water park was excellent too but I think even those without kids can get a nice getaway at the Clock Tower Resort!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The front desk clerk greeted with a big smile and gave me a timely wake-up call. I stayed in the business wing and enjoyed free hi-speed, a USA Today paper and had complimentary hors d' oeuvres at the Manager's reception. I had the chance to meet the Sales Manager and she was very friendly. I have never felt this welcome at a hotel before. When I'm traveling to Rockford I will always stay at this hotel. Thank you!

About 15 minutes after my arrival (this has been a host hotel for an annual conference I attend), there was a loud noise in the hall, which I assumed was the fire alarm, although it sounded like a wounded animal. There was no rushing around in the hall, so I thought it might be a false alarm. After 2 minutes, I called the front desk and asked the girl what the noise was, and she replied, "It's CALLED a FIRE alarm." (very snotty). I was taken aback by her reply, and thought she might tell me to evacuate, or it's false alarm, but nothing, and she hung up on me. I went in the hall, and the other guests suggested it was a false alarm. The next morning, I was looking for the soda and ice machines, was given wrong directions, and could never find either of the services within a reasonable distance to my room. I had to go to the restaurant to buy a glass of soda. Later that day, we had "testing" of the fire alarm. On the second day of my stay, the shower ran out of warm water and the soap was not refilled in my room. The only bathroom near our conference room was out of order. Upon asking directions for an alternate bathroom, neither myself, nor 2 other people, could locate one. I have been to this conference for 3 years, and with each year their "remodel" it's getting worse, not better. I was not the only unhappy guest, there is discussion of not bringing the conference back to this location because of the declining conditions. I had a $* rate, and this place wasn't worth $*.

We had so much fun during our X-Mas holiday. The CoCo Key Water is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and the service was outstanding. My room was very clean and the food was delicious. My family would definately come back again!!!

The Staff made my stay memorable. This hotel was a bargain for what it offered. My family really enjoyed the Water Park! The rooms are large and the bed are comfortable. I would stay again.

Mold growing on the picture above the air conditioner. Complained to management with no satisfaction. Outside of facility was very dirty. Room could be cleaner, bathroom door needed attention and bathroom floor not clean.

Many amenities, pool beautiful, restaurant in hotel. 1st room air was not working due to dirty filter. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The rooms have sliding glass doors out to pool or balcony overlooking pool area. My first room had a dirty filter in air conditioner, therefore it didn't work. I was moved at my request, no hassles. The second room was very clean and comfortable. Room service was quick. Nice ambiance.

The hotel is right off the I-90 and easy to find. The Clock Tower was quiet, clean, and ideally located. All of the staff were helpfull. The only negative was that the patio door to the outside sitting area was off it's track and difficult to open and close. Overall, it was a good hotel experience.

The hotel was in a great location. The hotel has a great fun area for children. It includes a huge arcade room and an indoor waterpark. The rooms seemed to be a bit outdated, even though they had new furnishings. This hotel seems to be a bit older, with some renovations and additions. There is a great arcade/indoor waterpark for children. There is also a seperate indoor pool, which was quite large. Some of the hallways and common areas seemed to have poor lighting. In general, it was a nice hotel.

It was close to the highway, had a restaurant, wireless, etc. It was somewhat dated - cold in hallways!

This place is a virtual dump. Look at the pool on their website and well there really is no slide no basketball hoop and half the lilly pads are missing and the rest are broken and on top of that they double charged my credit card for my stay. They ARE NOT KID FRIENDLY. Don't expect to stay there and get any cooperation with them regarding kids. Oh yeah their arcade room they have 3 arcade machines in the hallway.
