no working phone...told to go down the street and get a phone card to use...no alarm clock and was told they couldn't give a wakeup call...no hairdryer in room or available for use...no coffeemaker and no breakfast available at motel...area very skechy

First off there is not enough words allowable here to express my stay at the Cliffton Inn on Lundys Lane,Niagara Falls. The moment my wife & I entered our room we found a dirty bed cover to long black hairs in our clean(?) towels which we exchanged for new clean ones which also had black hairs on them. After doing this 3 times the manager told us he didn't have any more towels. They advertise YFI connection which didn't work and when confrounted about it I was told to walk out of the room and try to get it to work and then come back to the room. Which still didn't work. In all this was the worst experience of my life. I'm a little reluctant to use an online travel website again. I have booked many trip with you and have always been pleased but this makes me want to concider another internet travel source.

The rooms were nice, but there was no place to hang your close or anything to place your suite case on. Other wise it was clean beds were great the flat screen tv was nice. Could have had a few more ammenities for the price. But the people were freindly . Close to the falls activities but also not right in the middle of the noise.

This a no frills inn but the beds were very comfortable. the TV was wide screen and the carpet was new. My only real complaint was there was no place to hang anything up or any place to set things in the bathroom. No hairdryer or coffeemaker. There was a fridge. We weren't in the room very much so it met our needs.

We weren't expecting much for the price. We were disappointed that the breakfast that was advertised was not included. The place was clean but housekeeping was a little lax. Not enough towels in the room and no closets to hang clothes. This is what you get for the price.

We arrived and paid for 2 nights BEFORE seeing the room. Big mistake on our part. After finding there was no place to hang clothes, no ice bucket, plastic cups sitting on an envelope that said "Thank You" on it (for tips) and the toilet over-flowing....all this in less than an hour. We packed up and left. No refund, if fact owner was very rude and made unkind comments. Went down Lundy's Lane a bit and stayed at an Econo Lodge that was GREAT, What a difference! I have noticed that my Citi Card has credited my account, after hearing about our stay. Oh yes, no free breakfast as stated on the "Room Options" page. There are plenty places to stay....and I would recommend you try any of the others!!!

This motel has very little of what it advertizes. Breakfast is not included, they have to chase down microwave, coffee pot, with no coffee, towels. There is NO housekeeping. The towels may as well be paper towels. The resturant is hardly ever open, they do not know how to take an order. They did not have our reservation, booked a month in advance. Two small bath towels, no hand towels. No room in bathroom for tolitries. Would NEVER GO BACK THERE.

Other than the fact that they had plenty of hot water, there is nothing to recommed about this motel. The room was bare bones, didn't have a drinking glass, despite the flat panel TV and refrigerator. The is no internet service. This is a hotel you might stay at if it were half the price.

Breakfast is not included in room charge. The restaurant is not open when we went at 7:15 next morning. There is no paper cup,no chair , no table and no swiming pool.

Okay so my hubby and I wanted to go back to the falls to recreate our honeymoon we took five years earlier so I book this hotel online never been there only saw pictures......Too good to be true right? Not at all the rooms were clean, had a frig, king size bed, comfortable and as soon as we checked in the guy at the front desk even took us to our room to make sure we knew exactly where it was at.... Nice touch! Did not eat there too busy to get in for breakfast we got a late start but no complaints what so ever!!!! Clean sheets, clean floor, clean bathroom, nice TV flat screen.....Everything exactly how pictured online. Thanks for a great second honeymoon and 5 year anniversary !!!!!!!
