super nice staff, very welcoming and attentive. great location. clean rooms. The breakfast buffet needs help, not a good selection for a five star hotel. overall good experience, I would stay here again.

Very nice comfortable room, only complaint would be it was too hot at night to sleep. The airconditioning wasn't working. Reception staff and Door staff were extremley helpfull.

The staff of the hotel was very nice. The hotel was very well located. But I won't go back as I found it too noisy. First they put us in a room on the 6th floor. The 7th floor is were the swimming pool is and all the machines for the air con for instance.It was so noisy we had to ask tehm (several times during the night) to switch them off,In the morning we asked for an other bedroom.They gave us one on the third floor. It was a nice room as well but a bit smaller!!And there you could slightly hear the cars!If you want something really quiet I would'nt go there.

The hotel was exactly what expected and required. It was in a fairly central location with easy access to all major shops and metro lines. The pool and terrace are so nice especially in the sun. The staff could not do enough for us including getting us a table reservation at an exclusive restuarant. I will definitely being staying here again if I go back to Barcelona

free entries for the egyptian museum given hotel has a superb collection as wellfree use of the hotel's Smart cars was also generous tho' we did not actually take this uphotel in a very good situation
