The breakfast and happy hour. The bed was horrible. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Overall the hotel was just OK. The room was clean, but the mattress was very uncomfortable. The door was hard to get into, but was not something that was that much of a problem. The breakfast was good and filling. Consequently, I will probably not return to this hotel because of the lack of comfort of the bed. The sleeping accommodations is something that is very important to me.

Although our stay was brief, it was comfortable, clean and the CSR's were very accomodating. It was a very busy time for the hotel and yet we felt as if we received all the attention that was necessary. The cocktail hour is something that should be experienced by all who stay at the Clarion. Enjoy, we did.

Breakfast was great. Very little hot water for shower. Staff and accommodations were great. Best complimentary breakfast available.

"We travel frequently back to Augusta to visit our boys who still live there. The hotel is a great one to stay at, and we do that at least every 2 months. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Great price, also."

It was across the street from Wild Wings Cafe- good eats. Older furniture; broke door frame-old with minor improvements. I was not really comfortable staying here. Door frame was cracked and looked like half way fixed. The rooms were nice sized rooms, but bath tub appeared stained/dirty. The breakfast in the AM was very good.

This was my second stay at this property. The staff was excellent; the room quite comfortable. The breakfast was great!

Staff was eager to please; room was roomy and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I received a wake-up call I had not asked for at 6:30 a.m. I really liked this hotel. It was clean, safe, and quiet. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Breakfast until 11 a.m. was a nice touch, as well as complimentary cocktails in the evening. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again, given the chance.

"The room was huge..The building has some age, but they appear to still be trying to improve and maintain. the location is excellent. Staff was great! The grits were scorched, but the bar looked good! The helper said she was going to throw it in the trash in 15 minutes so the grits would be no problem.. Why serve bad food? Take it off the bar..I would stay there again..."
