Will never stay again, they promise a lot and give nothing. The resort fee is a JOKE the whole park is the size of a Mac Donald and that is being nice we had to call down for towels and wash clothes wait on phone 7minutes before the picked up never got wash clothes ,ordered food at pool wasn't told some of the food came from elsewhere (I think they had to buy it) the bar tender had to leave the bar to get it and was gone 20minutes,the other food was all ready gone when this finally arrived.THEY TELL YOU NOTHING AND GIVE YOU NO DIRECTIONS UPON CHECK IN. The kids wanted to see the so called Mindy-o which never happened and there was a promise of activities NEVER HAPPENED.If there was a minus 1 I WOULD USE IT......

My family and I were very pleasantly surprised to find that our hotel stay was excellent here. I was a bit daunted by all the complaints about the staff and datedness of this hotel, but we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We booked a suite that included two queen beds and a bunkbed, and were very happy with both the space provided and the cleanliness of the room. My four-year-old felt very comfortable with the bunk beds, and since his area was located down a short hallway from the two queens, the rest of the family was able to stay up later without disturbing him. We were also thrilled to find that we had a full sized refridgerator, a kitchen sink, a round dining table, and tons of cabinet space, since we intended to trim back our expenses by eating in the room as much as possible. All issues during our stay were dealt with swiftly and courteously by the staff. I misplaced my keycard while we were at the pool, and it was immediately replaced. On our last night, a new family moved into the room next door with a very hyper dog that barked and howled when they left it alone. We called the front desk, and they quickly handled the situation. The waterpark is excellent as well. For the first time ever, my son was able to stand up in the lazy river space, and he became more secure in the water than I've ever seen him before. Our plans fell through for one day of our trip, the waterpark was a great option. Bottom line: yes, there is an automatic fee of $12.00 per night, and yes, it is farther away from Orlando, but the $1.25 for the turnpike is worth it. We will definitely be back!

There were resort fees in addition to the room fee that was given on travel website. I had to ask for washcloths 4 days in a row. The waterpark is only open till 7. The shuttle only went to 2 parks and certain times, not on a regular basis. Glad I had rented a car. I had booked early and could have booked Disney property for the cost of the final cost with resort fee, not including the parking fees at the parks. I never saw a spread of food like the pictures on the website. Room services is limited to pizza only, contrary to what I was told from the front desk.

Had to leave before we slept the first night. Asked for 1st floor room because of dog. Food was terrible. Asked for pillows and blanket that never came. This hotel didn't show the whole property RIGHT at turnpike entrance. It was far to walk my dog and she cut her paw on glass on property. I will never use Orbitz again unless I get a comparable gift certificate. I feel scammed. I cannot afford it. This was supposed to be our onlly family vacation. The kids were in tears and the dog was bleeding. How would you feel? I didn't feel safe walking the dog! Helen Danish

I liked the water park and the closeness to the Turnpike and Disney. The cleanliness of the room was poor. There was so much trash on the sides of the bed. The hotel was surprisingly nice. However, when we first arrived we didn't have the suite that we asked for. We were given 2 separate rooms but offered to move into the suite the next day when one would become available. The staff was nice overall. The only exception was the gentleman who answered the phone when calling about the transportation to Disney. He gave a fake name, stated he was the manager and owner, and hung up in my face twice (this was before I actually arrived at the hotel). The business center was very expensive to use. We did enjoy our suite and the water park. I also thought the movie night for the children was a very nice touch. They even provided popcorn and water (or drinks for a fee). Overall this was a nice hotel.

We reserved a queen suite for two families - eight all together. We had a blast. But again, we don't pick poke on every ridiculous thing either. Yes, it's near a abandoned gas station, yes it's off the turnpike, yes it's 20 minutes from I-drive and the heart of orlando - yes it's an older style hotel, and yes the "waterpark' is small. But you be thankful for what you get. The gas station didn't bother us, big deal. The turnpike...we settled that by getting directions off of mapquest to avoid the tolls on the turnpike and we got to I'drive and Universal just fine. The water park certainly is not Aquatica - but there are no lines, it's an intimate quiet area that allows you to soak up the slow pace of a vacation. Nevermind there are 150 cameras on campus as the staff takes your childs safety serious. Yes, it's an older style hotel - but it's brightly colored, clean and updated very well. We had a fantastic time - we all fit perfectly in our suite with our private balcony over looking the waterpark. We relaxed in a peaceful atmosphere and we still made our way to our destination just fine with mapquest directions. Our childrens ages ranged from 6 - 15 and all four of them cannot wait to come back. Plenty of lawn chairs, plenty of room. So if you want a nice getaway hotel that offers a nice little extra - this is for you. But if you want to pick poke about everything negative - keep on looking. WE were very impressed and will be back soon! Lovely hotel all the way around!

Watch for hidden fees. Waterpark closed at 7pm. If you are planning on using the shuttle to go to the parks...DON'T! It is limited to certain times and only 2 parks, the rest of the parks cost extra. Room service is limited to pizza. The bed was comfortable. Would suggest poolview, unless you have small kids and plan on going to sleep early on Fri & Sat, there is live entertainment.

Good hotel. Clean and well maintained. Maybe it was just our room location but the wireless internet was virtually useless. Also it is about 30-40 minutes to the Disney parks from the hotel. However, I would probably stay there again as long as I got the same good room deal. Also double check if you are charged for the resort fee by Orbitz when you book. I was charged by Orbitz and the hotel.

Fairly clean, large room, good facility for our bidding amount. But after the un-told imposed charge by the hotel when checking out, it is not worth. Hidden charge, location of the property is not good. Clean, good remodeling, large room. Hidden charge by the hotel to impose on customers when checking out the hotel. Would not book it if known. Not a good practice to do business.

Hotel stay was dissapointing. Pictures online are old, they show a newer version of this hotel and need updated. Staff was very friendly, some did not understand what we would ask for at times. Bed sheets missing off of bed, had asked for complete bedsheets, and did not receive. When maid would clean room, would forget to leave towels. Booked a room with 2 queen beds and when we arrived, room was not available, so we ended up with a room with a queen and bunkbeds. Kids were happy with the bunkbeds!

We had read all the reviews on this motel (and I do mean motel) so we weren't sure what to expect. First thing you must know is the motel is right next to the FL Turnpike. Although convenient, you don't want to stay on that side of the motel. If possible get 2nd floor room with view of Waterpark. Other views are depressing as Motel is in older part of Kissimmee. We made our reservation on line (saved ) and then called and asked for WP view and got it. It's true the County Jail is about 2 blocks away. Plenty of casual/quick dining options within 2-3 minute drive. But wouldn't recommended walking night or day. Check in took about 5-10 minutes, room was clean and comfortable. Beds made promptly each morning with plenty of towels. Water Park is a blast and we loved it. Ages, 45, 40, 10, 6, 6. We never left WP on our first full day. As expected food is expensive at motel. But, be sure and get discount coupons from front desk upon check in. Provides 50% off drinks and entree's. I noticed they were not passing these out to everyone so ask! Arcade on-site is fun for kids too. No free breakfast. 9.95 for adults and 4.95 for kids. Pass. Our check out went fine with no problem charges. But, during my 5-10 wait the line stacked up behind me 6-8 guest deep and staff didn't ask for or get back up?? Also, saw women reporting some problem to local police officer?? Plan early, arrive on time, get 2nd floor WP view room, enjoy your family at the WP, keep eye on kids, secure your valuables and don't expect the Westin and you will enjoy your stay. See tip for meals.

The floor was waxy and not clean. We had to wear our slipper inside. The location wasn't great either, difficult to locate the hotel entrance at night, the billboard was switched off.

My husband and booked a king jacuzzi room online and guaranteed it with a credit card. Upon arrival, the room was not available as it was having "engineering" problems, nor was any king room available. We had to take a double queen room. Got to the room and wanted ice and water...Oops, no ice and no water in vending machine and oops the mini-fridge in the room did not work! We found someone else's underwear hanging on the back of the bathroom door and someone else's shampoo in the tub. Was this because someone else was in the room when we weren't there or because the bathroom was not cleaned?? Who knows! We reported this to management, they checked the room and we got no report other than no room service for the day. The room key quit working and after 2 trips to the office, security unloced the room and said the lock was dead. At that time we were out of towels because the used towels were not replaced the day before. We were asked what hppened to the blanket on one of the beds that we did not take. It was never on the bed. Overall...I would not recommend this dump to anyone!!

I paid the extra for the pool side view and could only see a big blue cabana! I called many times to be moved and was told they were full even on days when not many people were there! We called many times one night to get room service and never got through. The game room ate many coins and received no credits. The dinning areas we sat two different nights to try to get food and nobody was around to serve us and the people that had been eating said they waited forever too, so both nights we left! I was not happy that most everything closed early so if you are out and about all day and come back to expect food drinks or swiming or relaxing in hot tub, it all closed around 7. The kids did love the swiming areas however! It was great for that and kept them busy!

The property is decent, although a little scary looking from the road. It sits way back off the main road behind a gas station that is out of business. I liked the tile floor in the second room that I was in (the first room was unacceptable). The property has a pool and a small "water park" that consists of a couple of slides, and a "lazy river" that you can float around on a tube. It's a nice bonus for a hotel, but far from a water park - especially by Orlando standards. The property is also located fairly far from the main attractions in Orlando. My complaint is that the price that I negotiated online was not honored. When I checked in the staff member wanted me to sign agreeing to a "resort fee". I declined stating that I had prepaid through an online booking service. I did not consent to the fee, and even double checked when I checked out to be sure that I was not charged. When my credit card bill arrived I was quite displeased to see that I HAD BEEN CHARGED EVEN THOUGH I WAS PROMISED THAT THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN! Now I have to waste my valuable time trying to get the $13 PER DAY fee reversed. This issue is unresolved as of now. I will post an update. Save yourself the trouble, there are nicer hotels closer to the fun in Orlando that will treat you with more respect.
