The staff member who assisted me at check-in was amazing. The bathroom appears to have been updated but half-assed, some more work needs to be done. Some updating all around would be beneficial, the staff that I encountered were amazing.

The lobby was very welcoming with a nice fire burning when you walked in. The front desk staff was very friendly, and quickly checked us into our room. The room was nice and very clean. The outdoor pool was very neat...even though it is winter, it is heated and a great experience to swim while it is snowing. We warmed up with a drink and some snacks in the bar after - good food and reasonable prices. They have a golf course, but I wasn't able to try it since it was winter, but I will remember to bring my clubs for my next visit! A great value and a great stay! I would highly recommend this hotel.

I just left the hotel and am so pleased that even though the hotel was full they made me feel like I was the only person here. Prompt service, a friendly smile, this is a great buy in North Bay.

Pool and spa, exercise room. Beds were very uncomfortable, air conditioning portable unit was noisy. Overall services, facilities were clean and attractive. Food was excellent. Beds were uncomfortable, too hard and the portable air conditioner was not what would be expected of a 3 star hotel. A little over rated. More comfortable beds would make a big difference. We have traveled lots and this was one of the most uncomfortable nights we have experienced.
