Don't throw your money away by going to the Phillips Seafood Buffet or the Embers Seafood Buffet. This hotel has the "cream of the crop" buffet for the entire Ocean City area. Quiet, peaceful, terrific service and the food was prepared like someone truly cared. Won't find that at the other 2 buffet restaurants.

for the most part this was a good hotel. the only problem was the balcony was too small to fit two chairs on it. and in the details about the hotel it said oceanview, which is partly true. i thought the balcony faced the water but the balcony was on an angle and did not face the water.

Registration was easy. Maid service was poor. Dirty room. I was disappointed with this hotel. The maid service was poor. Our room was not cleaned sufficiently daily. They didn't vacuum each day or wipe the bathroom floors. They only made the beds and replaced used towels. I will not stay here again.

Very nice amenities although would have liked the fitness facilities, hot tub, steam, & sauna to be complimentary. Nice private beach. Good value for the off-season

It was on the ocean with a pleasant surroundings. Nothing. The condo was clean, great for adults as well as children lots to do.

check in and check out went very smoothly/staff very accomodating/everyone very friendly/loved the balcony and the view/bathroom separate from vanity area was helpful/loved the open deck area at bar area/loved the bar, open deck area, pool and beach access all in the same location/buffet excellent/wish we had more time to spend at this hotel

It's directly on the beach, nice indoor pools, quiet location. Antiquated, needs updating and maintenance. Quiet, older condos that are on a good beach with tasty food but the front desk and restaurant service needs improvement in it's sister hotel, the Clarion.

The Clarion was in a great location and had a very friendly staff. The hotel restaurant was surprisingly good and the beds were VERY comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The view of the ocean. Light bulb not replaced when requested. The view was great. Plenty of room. Bathrooms clean and Kitchen too.

i would definitely stay there again. the only thing i didn't like was the location. i would have liked it to be a little closer to the boardwalk.
