The breakfast buffet was great. Only one elevator in main building. Very comfortable, good quality rooms. Complimentary breakfast buffet with freshly-made waffles, yum. Pool looked a little small, but we did not use it.

I could get spoiled with a hotel like this. It was nice and clean and the staff was always helpful. We loved the jacuzzi and the two sinks. Besides having a fantastic breakfast they also serve a nice supper!!!! We only stayed two nights but wished we could have stayed longer. It rained outside quite a bit while we visited but the hotel and room made it very enjoyable. Check out the beautiful flowers in the entryway and the lovely fish aquarium.

This hotel was excellent. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Room temperature could be set to the guest's preference. The cleaniness was exceptional. Wireless internet is offered free of charge; a great service since many guests travel with laptops. There was also a small business center off the lobby for guest use. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast offered waffles, bagels, pastries, cereal, oat meal along with coffee and a variety of juices. The older style waffle maker was a nice touch and made great waffles. The complimentary light dinner snack had a large fresh salad each night with a side snack/meal which was very good but not overly filling. The beautiful lobby was bright and airy with a gorgeous staircase. Each day was stocked with both local and USA Today newspapers. I've stayed at numerous hotels throughout the country and would recommend this hotel as being one of the most comfortable and clean.

The location is not great, right off the freeway, but the room was perfectly clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was huge and also perfectly clean. We had what we needed, and got a big breakfast in the morning as a send-off. This was a great value.

Nothing. The staff were very unfriendly, poor attitude. Staffs were very unfriendly, bad attitude, will never stay there again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and everything was very clean. The bed was great even had a down comforter. I would highly recommend staying here. The free dinner and brealfast noy bad either.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The attendant in the dinning area had a smile every morning! She was so sweet and ready to serve. We were within driving distance of all the things we wanted to see and enjoyed visiting the local sights. Complimentary newspapers, bottled water and breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

Our room was usable but not comfortable. It was too small and our view was that of an awning. The staff was fabulous. The workout room was minimal and the hot tub was not functioning at all. The pool was usable. It wasn't that I had these huge expectations I just needed comfortable and the room was not that. The bathroom door if opened prevented you from coming into the room.

The breakfast buffet left me looking forward to lunch on the road.

Employees were extremely helpful with local information, very friendly in all contacts. The room was adequate, great bedding. The "free" breakfast was more than adequate - the free dinners were enough to get you through if you don't feel like heading out after sightseeing/traveling all day. Two "dishes", like chicken fingers and mac and cheese - not the healthiest but it was "free". The location was not in the best area traffic wise - it sits right on 101 - never made it to the pool, only described as small. One complaint concerns the housekeeping. Not very thorough and there was some missing change ($3-4) but I left it in the room, so ---- We would return.

This hotel was magnificent. I didn't get to try the pool, but it was enjoyed by others. The breakfast is excellent (though remember to spray the waffle iron before making a waffle). The beds are clean and very comfortable. The timed bathroom light can't be turned off, though it does turn itself off after a while.

Breakfast bar. Not easy to access from 101 NB. Clean and cozy, will stay here again. A lot better than others I've stayed at in the area.

this was a very surprising and pleasant hotel to stay in. They even have a real waffle maker for breakfast, not toaster pop ins and a dinner selection every day. This is a must use when in Eureka. I would not recomend it if it wasn't.

Nothing. Internet was very difficult to access and staff was not helpful. I will not stay here again. I need to stay in Eureka a lot. It was not worth the money it cost. I don't mind paying more to get better room size and service. I thought it would be cleaner because it is a newer chain to Eureka but it was not that clean. Overall experience was unpleasant.

Nice rooms, especially the suite, great value, good beds. Maids mismatched sheets to bed on the second night (newer deeper mattresses) and the corners popped off (got a half-hearted apology from staff - no compensation). Otherwise, the hotel, staff and breakfast was great.

Great breakfast, free internet, good water pressure. Bed was a little hard, feather pillows instead of foam. While located away from the center of town, it was quiet, clean and had a great free breakfast in a nice room. Staff was friendly and helpful, internet available in lobby, though a little slow. Would stay there again.

Great location and nice room. Required to go to the front desk to pick up key for fitness room. Nice rooms and great location.
