Staff was friendly but there was brown paper on the outside of our windows leaving only a small opening for light to come in. I would have apprecieated someone telling me this prior to check in!

The room was cozy and romantic and the hotel itself was close to everything nearly everything imaginable. I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn. The staff and service were very friendly and eager to assist in our satisfication. I look forward to making another trip there in the future.

The staff was very pleasant and the location is the best (walking distance of the mall and surrounding shops, grocery stores a drive a way). The downside was the noise! Noise at night (after midnight), noise in the morning. I could hear people talking and laughing very loudly from my 2nd floor room at night. Also could hear hotel guests in the hallways early in the morning and late at night making plans & waking up the other guests in their party. Kids running overhead.

The Holiday Inn in Waldorf, Md was a very nice, comfortable, and enjoyable place to get away without any distractions. The room was very nice and a great size for how much the cost was. It gave a great amount of space to snuggle with your loved one but yet still be able to move around. Right up the street was a lovely shopping mall, if you love to shop. I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn.

Pillows were good. We enjoyed our stay. Crowed parking lot at night. Liked the swimming pool. Room right over top of roof. Wish all rooms had Jacuzzi Tub.

Staff and Management were excellent - Every member was helpful, friendly. Rooms were super clean and recently updated - great for a group event - Management was on hand and greeted guests. Great Hotel!

Asin past, this motel/hotel has kept up its facilities, and hired courteous employees. The location is perfect.

I needed a hotel and there were openings. The party in the parking lot that lasted until 3:42 AM. If you are looking for a family place, if you want to sleep before 3:42 AM, if you want to be told by the front desk to call the police yourself if the noise is too loud or If having someone knock on you door and run away after you complain to the front desk about the noise level in the parking lot right outside of your hotel window then the Holiday Inn in Waldorf Maryland is not for you or your family.

II found a MOUSE in my room, and I'm not talking Mickey Mouse. I was told my entire stay would be compensated but was charged anyway. After at least an hour of debating with the hotel manager who had a nasty attitude I was compensated half my stay. I asked the hotel manager for the number to the corporate office and she gave me a fake number. The hotel is a nice hotel, but I would Never stay there again.

The Holiday Inn Waldorf was very comfortable and inviting! The staff was very accommodating and professional. Initially I was skeptical about stating at the H/Inn. My experience at the Holiday Inn Waldorf has now changed that skepticism. The location was ideal and easily assessable. I will certainly recommend this hotel to others looking for accommodation in Waldorf!

Very hospitable. We just had to request larger towels and the swimming pools towels were a little small. My husband and I enjoyed it very much. The beds were very comfortable. It felt like you are laying on a pile of pillows. The room was very relaxing, and the movie selection was top of the line.

"I have never had such a wonderful bed while on vacation. The people here were very helpful, the traffic stinks, but everything and anything you may need is in the area. It's a wonderful drive to the Bay area. We will be back."

I have stayed at this hotel before and have never been disappointed. The rooms are clean and large and the staff is polite & professional. I was staying for work purposes and enjoyed the quality and convenience of Damon's restaurant.
