The parking lot is dark on the side and back of the hotel if your room is back there. Kind of scary if coming in late at night. The hotel was going through renovations but my room was missing part of the security lock. I slept with the ironing board up against the door the first night. In the morning, I asked that it be fixed and was told it would be. When I returned to my room at 5:30pm., it had not been fixed. I slept with my ironing board against the door again. Being a woman traveling alone, I was not happy about this.

The hotel had just changed hands a few weeks before BUT there were a few things that could have been handled better. The business center did not have working equipment and the meeting room we rented STUNK! I mean we had to ask them to spray it several times (which they nicely did) and then we bought stuff to spray the carpet and chairs with and the smell never totally left. The pool was so filthy that 2 of my family members had rashes and one had an eye infection for many days, if not weeks aftewards. The staff really tried to help with things, but the accomodations just were not nice.

Front desk staff friendly. It almost felt like a "ghost hotel" due to not many customers staying there. The hotel was adequate.

Beds were very comfortable. No wireless internet service. Old hotel. Comfortable beds, great shower. Internet service in room did not work. Wasted a lot of time attempting to make it work to no avail.

The hotel was clean, convenient, the staff were helpful and pleasant. We stayed 2 nights and the first night we ran out of hot water to take showers. I would recommend the hotel.

Rooms were clean. Ease of finding entrance to building. The hotel is conveniently located to the Wichita airport. Close to shopping and dining.

The decor of the rooms, and the friendly staff. Difficult to find the location even though you can see it from the highway. I found the front desk staff to be pleasant and answered all of my requests. King, non-smoking- first floor. Our room had been updated with new linens, window coverings, and bathroom sink and countertop. All were clean. Had a desk (and an office type chair), with internet access. I am familiar with the area but this hotel is hard to locate.

I liked the quality. The Four Points by Sheraton obviously has had some improvements recently completed. The hotel is nice. The rooms are nice and clean. The location off Kellogg is handy.

The remote control did not work and I always want a sleep timer on the TV and this one did not have it. It was easy to find but it didn't have a continental breakfast.

The price. No continental breakfast. It was a very nice and accommodating place to stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. The hotel was not as clean as you'd expect a Sheraton hotel to be. The location of this hotel was excellent and it looked like they had even recently remolded the lobby area and restaurant. However, the rooms were lacking. The carpet was filthy, there was mold in the shower, the shower floor required you to wear shower shoes in the shower and quite frankly the rooms were too small.

The room was well appointed. The lock on the door was broken and the exterior door did not lock. The hotel room and public areas are well appointed. It is not a hotel for families with young children. I was a little concerned with the security as one of the locks on the room door was broken and that I did not have to use my card to gain access inside the hotel.

Friendly staff. Inconvenient location. Hard to access. Smallish room but very clean. Attractive lobby.

Nice hotel, good price. Difficult road access, peeling paint on toilet, no breakfast.

Close to the airport. Hallways were very noisy. This hotel was great the only problem was that u can hear lots of voices in the hallway and thru the walls.

Very clean. Nicely decorated rooms. Friendly staff. Would be better if the pool and hot tub were inside. It was closed for the season when we stayed there. This is a very clean, nicely decorated inn. The colors are cheery and the rooms are bright with comfy beds with extras like fluffy over sized pillows. The staff was nice and it was convenient having a restaurant and bar on site The courtyard is pretty. I would definitely recommend this place.
