Our stay at the Clarion Inn was perhaps one of our greatest hotel experiences. The Location, the clean rooms, the service, etc. were second to none. We will surely stay here again when we visit the Chicago area.

Good location. Very nice rooms. Distance from our room to ice machine. Very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Our son loved the pool area, I liked the hot tub!

We stayed here one nite and just loved it. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was SO comfortable we couldn't get over it! I would highly recommend anyone staying here and if we're ever back in Indy will stay here again!

We were on the go almost from the time we arrived until we left Indianapolis. We were anxiously awaiting returning to get some rest. All in our party stated they slept great, and didn't want to get up the next day. I think we were the lucky ones that had to move due to some plumbing issues, however, the front desk staff person was wonderful and very prompt in assisting us. Our new room was fantastic with the jacuzzi tub,which was just simply marvelous!! Family also loved the pool!I would love to come back and will also refer others to this hotel.

Customer service was friendly. I was disappointed with the room. When I opened my door it had an older smell to it (like your grandparent's home). I thought this was because the air conditioner was not on. I sprayed some deodorizer, turned the air conditioner on, left and came back and the smell was still there. This really bothered me. I was further angered when I put on my clothes the next morning and realized that this smell had settled into my suit. Very disappointed to say the least! However, I do blame myself for not walking into the room, smelling it and then walking back out to ask for another room to see if it was the room or the hotel.

We stayed for a night since we had to drive from Kentucky and our flight was at 0630 the next morning. The hotel was easy enough to find and easy access from/to the freeway. The first thing that struck me upon entering the hotel was the receptionist at the front desk. He had his feet on the table, reclining in his chair. He didn't seem in any hurry to greet me and slowly got to his feet to help me. I got my reservation confirmed and got the room key. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. The pull-out sofa had all the pillows, linens and blankets in the room. The air conditioning was adequate but didn't really get cold like we like for night sleep even when cranked to the coolest setting. When we asked the front desk if the pool towels, he mentioned that they should be at the pool area. The pool was nice but not heated. The jacuzzi was wam enough but they didn't have any towels so we had to get them from the front desk who definitely needed hospitality training. Checkout early next morning was efficient, although I would have liked a statement (I guess that's what happens when you reserve it online and stay for one night). The night clerk was a bit more helpful. All-in-all it was a pretty good experience with the chief complaint being the front desk. I would stay there again.

Staff members were really friendly. We were after midnight checking in, but were greeted warmly. There were no sheets for the sofa bed, but we were able to get some from the front desk without any problem. Comfortable bed and clean room. Just what we needed after a long drive.

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. There was a slight mishap on checking in where they gave us the keys to the wrong room, one with an occupant still in it, however, they quickly fixed it and the Standard suite we had reserved was very nice. It came with a mini fridge, microwave and sink area, a couch and two very nice double beds that were very comfortable. The pool was heated, the whirlpool nice. The hot breakfast buffet was more than adequate. The only downside was the equipment in the fitness facility was not in working order. Also the hotel had notices in the room of thefts occurring in the parking lot and advised us to clear everything out of our vehicles to deter potential break-ins. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, a good deal, and located just of I-465 which made zipping around Indianapolis to different sights a breeze. We would definitely use them again for a weekend getaway with the family.
