I reserved a room with a mini fridge and a microwave but was told after arrival that none of their rooms had these. I chose this hotel because I am unfamiliar with the Dallas area and this hotel's ammenities show a restaurant on site. However, after arriving I was informed that there is in fact a restaurant in the facility, but it is no longer open and neither was their bar. Not even a continental breakfast. The manager recommended an Italian Food restaurant near by that delivered so I placed an order and had food delivered, but they failed to send any plastic utensils. So I called the front desk and was told they would try to locate something for me and would call back when they did, but I never got a return phone call. Had roaches and ants in my bathroom and if you didn't take your shower by 5:00 am then you can forget having any hot water. Two mornings out of 4 I was without hot water completely. Musty smell through out entire hotel and no air conditioning at all except for in the rooms. This is a very poor hotel and would not recommend this to anyone.

Very clean & staff friendly, will be back! Nothing. It was my first time in Dallas, did get lost trying to find hotel; but managed to find it. Host was very friendly when I checked in. If I go back will stay there again!

Stayed here a month and left a lot to be desired. One day no hot water. Restaurant bar food only, one breakfast was cold cereal only with no milk. Fast food walking distance nearby. Only good amenity wireless internet worked well. Other annoying things, keys mysteriously stopped working several times a week. Staff friendly but slow to resolve problems.

Check in/out was simple process. Breakfast was disappointing. Overall the stay was nice. I was disappointed in the full breakfast, it wasn't very large and had no real choices to it.

I liked the bed in the room. The entire lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. The people were friendly enough and the restraunt was okay. I did not like the fact that my room was right next to the elevator nor that the lobby smelled like smoke.

Chose it for its location with respect to where we needed to go. Not easily accessible. This hotel was conveniently located in relation to the places we needed to go in the Metroplex. It was comfortable and reasonably quiet. We did not partake of the complimentary breakfast due to time constraints.

Location was helpful. Poor quality breakfast, staff would not give me a receipt, lobby areas looked old and carpets in hallway were dirty. This hotel seem to do things on the cheap.

I like the counter top in thr restroom, real nice. No vending machines on all floors. I enjoy staying at this hotel because of the location and close to my office.

The convenience to the highway that we used the most. It didn't have an indoor pool, or a heated outdoor pool. The decor was quite beautiful and made us feel at home.

Helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Hard to find, needs bigger sign, room smelled smoke. It was o.k. for a 2 star, was rated at 2 1/2 which was a stretch, hard find off 635 and 75 needed bigger signage out front, wanted a non-smoking room but room smelled like stale smoke.

It was open. Worst in class. No iron, no towels, mold in shower, ant infested, all outside garbage cans overfilled and garbage on floor, one person on site to assist. Forget the continental breakfast with this kind of emphasis on cost!

Convenience, cleanliness, & friendliness of staff. This is the third time I have stayed at the Clarion. The hotel has wonderful parking facilities, the staff has always been courteous, it is very convenient. Most of all the rooms have always been spotless.

Location, price, free wireless internet access in lobby. Rooms were decent, but moldy smelling. Mold in bathtub and on shower curtain. Toilet didn't flush well had to flush twice each time. No refrigerators.
