I booked 2 nights through Orbitz. The first night i got smoking which I requested non. The next night they moved me to a handicapped full room. Neither night I stayed in the room I booked. I spent $230 for both nights and Orbitz was only willing to give me $25.00. The hotel was filthy, parking lot was dirty, it was out dated. it was just a miserable stay and what kills me is that Orbitz really dont care about my business.

Pet friendly, the beds werecomfortable. Pool closed. I was disappointed. There was a sticky substance (soda) on the tables in one of the rooms. Not so happy with this choice.

traveled to murfreesboro in mid november. room was o.k..except for the fact there was no hot water. was transferred to another room with hot water, only to find, at 6 a.m., that room also had no hot water. we are fairly leniant when traveling,but hot water is a must !

I know this hotel used to be a Holiday Inn ,and a very good one. Clairon purchased it had they are still apparently making upgrades. The Location to I-24 is fabulous, and it's closeness to MTSU and downtown Murfreesboro is excellent. I could see things that still need some attention, but they are still apparently working on it, It has a Restaurant, a Lounge, and they had an excellent free breakfast (which I don't sually do, I prefer to go into a restaurant and order what I want). Clarion is supposed to be the High-end of the Choice Hotel group, I have stayed in many in the USA and Canada. I was pleased with this one, clean, friendly,although it still needs a little work, the rates are better than the less quality newer hotels all around it. The best surprise was when I got my bill it was about $24.00 less than my reservation had stated.

Quiet room, very warm indoor pool. Nice furniture but rough infrastructure (roughly patched holes in walls, etc.) Good for little kids as it had an indoor pool and spinning chairs in rooms, inside rooms were very quiet. New furnishings and shower tiles, etc., but some roughly patched holes in the walls and what not.

Like the Mattresses were very thick & comfortable, I travel to the area for business would like to come back again, great service. Hotel is near to many new restaurants & shopping malls.

Staff was helpful. Box springs had springs sticking out of it, very loud doors, beer can all around the pool the next morning, and hallways/public places appeared rundown. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had a rundown feel to it. The next morning there were beer cans all over the pool area, which was right down the hall from our room. It was very noisy at night. doors slamming very loudly allot), teenagers running up and down the halls and etc.

Pool and dinning area. Stair cases were dirty. We arrived about 10pm and were greeted by the manager and one of his bar customers having an argument in the lobby. This was rather disturbing to my wife and daughter. The directions to our room were not clear. Once we arrived at the room the weekend stay was pleasant.

The beds were large and comfortable, as was the room. The restaurant seemed to be under reconstruction with a skeleton staff; we were told to come back later, even though they were only serving one table! Comfy room, small pool, but close to room, and great breakfast buffet. The meals were inexpensive, but we felt we were putting them out by eating there. The room was worth the expense - great night's sleep!

Ok place to stay. Outdoor pool was not working as advertised. Hotel was just ok. Wedding reception was across the hall from my room. Music kept me awake. Breakfast buffet was too pricy for what was offered. Hot tub water was cloudy.

Indoor pool. Restaurant service and food were very lacking. The hotel was in a good location, with many restaurants and stores near by. The room was clean & tidy. The indoor pool was great.

The room was immaculate ands smelled clean and fresh. Great beds! Renovation looked somewhat unfinished in lobby. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The interior-facing room (faced the covered atrium) was quiet, clean and smelled fresh and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable and the recently renovated room was very pleasing. The wireless broadband internet did not work as advertised in the room documentation. Dining was limited and there were no snack machines. But the hotel was surrounded by ample restaurants. Great place in general for the money. Very pleased.
