We booked a suite(one week), with bedroom, and a king bed. We found that there was no door separating the bedroom. None of the suites have bedroom doors. The first room we had had been smoked in and had a very strong odor. We changed rooms to one that had very little air conditioning. Had to wait two days for repair since no other rooms available. After repair we woke to dripping from the air condioner, which required repair. Then black soot was blown onto tables and pillows as a result of the repair, no solution available. Generally the air conditioning is loud and insufficient, warm nights. Lighting is poor, we had to get up five minutes early to turn on the bath light and wait for it to come on. One afternoon we had no water for about an hour. Stains in the carpet from the airconditioning dripping. No elevator to the second floor. Food trays left in the hall for days from the resturant. On the good side, the king bed was good, daily maid service was okay. Other people with standard rooms on the first floor seemed okay. We were able to get about 20% taken off the bill for our trouble(wasn't easy).

our stay was wonderful. the staff when we checked in were great. i needed a rollaway bed for my son and it only took about 10 minutes to get it and the guy that delivered it was extreamly nice. the price for what you get at the restauraunt was a little steep but the food was good. we will stay here again.

The same Room service plates laid in hall three days until we complained. Worst stay in a supposedly nice hotel we have ever had!!!!!!!We asked for a refrigerator. It was plopped right inside the door and left,. We had to wrestle it in place and plug in. (My husband has a bad back so it was up to me. A dog barked one evening for three hours before they got it shut uip. It started in again at 7:00 in the morning. We called three times before 11:00 before it was taken care of. A towel rack fell off the wall. The maid ignored it and we had to call to have it replaced. The bathroom was full of ants, as was the refrigerator, and my sister's room next door,. We pointed it out to the maid who just shook her head and we never had anyone even come to at at it. I was still shaking ants out of my clothes in the car the next day. Room had stains on sheets.. Spoke with manager who not helpful but very arrogant and cocky.
