Great Breakfast. Easy location. Friendly Staff. Pool area floor very dirty. They charge $15 for pets plus full cost of damages by a pet- double dipping?

We would not have chosen to stay here if we'd read other reviews first. However, we were traveling, needed a place to stay, and it was available. Thought it was overpriced for what we got. It was apparent there was remodeling going on, and signs apologized for, but the price was still the same. Beds were comfortable, pillows thin. Streets around area under construction, making travel around the area difficult. Front desk was professional and friendly.

the hallways are dirty, the outside plugins for trucks don't work the room heaters are loud if they work. hot water for showers is on then off. if you stay for more than 2 days they won't give you clean towels or fresh soap.but the staff is nice, if you can find them. overall, if i could find somewhere else to stay in this boom town i would

I have not stayed here in at least 3 years and they have definitely improved. They were remodeling during our stay and it looks like this will be a great hotel when they are finished. The staff was great!

Bathroom ceiling was falling in, mold in shower, tv broken, staff was clueless

The front desk staff are extremely unhelpful, they are very young. The air conditioning was out while we were there, we never had a housekeeping visit, when we called the front for clean towels, they transferred us to housekeeping and of course they didn't answer, dried off w/ hand towels. The hot tub didn't work.
