This hotel is is located in Gainesville, FL & offers cozy accommodations with a family friendly setting. The rooms have new beds with beautiful new white linen and newly clean carpets. I stay here several times a year while visiting family and with each visit I can see dramatic changes. Great fitness room and business center that is open 24 hours. It is refreshing to see the employees busy working on improvements. We have stayed at their sister hotel next door the Newberry Inn at times when we had to travel with a budget. It is very nice, well worth the 49.95 per night we paid. Both hotels have smiling faces that greet you at the door when you arrive and wish you well as you leave. So as you can already see I would definately stay here again. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms and FREE HOT BREAKFAST BUFFET!

Friendly staff. Toilet didn't flush. Toilet did not flush however staff loaned us a key to the fitness center nearby. Overall not a bad experience.

85.00 a night for this? Toilet barely flushed, smelled smoke wafting into my room from another, paper thin walls, picture of room on thier site didn't resemble my room what so ever. They have high speed internet service via a Cat-5 plug but no Wi-Fi. No desk in the room. Breakfast was horrible. Spent 8 for undercooked eggs, hash browns that tasted like cardboard & undercooked bacon. Yummy! Second night they had a storm & power went out at 3am. Apparently they have never heard of a back up generator. After the power went out something was vibrating loudly in the wall of the room. At 7 am weary eyed &from lack of sleep I got the hell out of there. Front desk made no apologies & didn't offer any compenasation. I've stayed in 45 a night Super 8's that put this place to shame.

The pool was nice and they had a comic in the dinning room with good dinner specials. Police protection at night was visible. Parking was tight on the weekend. Upholstery torn on the chair. Old carpet. Location was good and close to Mall. Very friendly staff. Nice pool for the kids.

This hotel was on my route between South Florida and Alabama. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that passes through the Gainesville area

Location. Dirty and in disrepair. This is a dirty hotel in disrepair - not a pleasant stay.

My office made my reservations for me as I was attending a meeting at the same hotel. I must admist that I was highly impressed with the overall quality of the hotel and staff. It was apparrent that the hotel has undergone some recent upgrades/renovations. My guestroom and meeting space exceeded my expectations. I will highly recommend this hotel to fellow business travelers. Great stay.

When I got a room without a name brand I was thinking the worse but I found this place to be just as good if not better. There was a great person in the front desk name X that really helped us out changing rooms at the last minute to help us out. Rooms were great and service was even better. A little hard to find but was the best kept secert in Gainesville.

NOTHING!!!! Room was dirty, dead roaches. STAFF WAS RUDE!!! AFTER WAITING 1 1/2 after checking time: 4:30pm we got a room which was dirty with dead roaches, second room was a smoking and although we were traveling with 2 children we got stuck with a smoking king size bed only. Towels were dirty and room stunk. This was a horrible experience.
