The location, pool, service, staff very friendly and helpful. They were remodeling but I understand that is just was beaning completed as they were new owners. We will stay there again. The management was excellent. The Continental breakfast was excellent. They were, and I realize they are in remodeling stages however the security was a little too lax. Some residents came in and used the pool and they were not guests and they were fall down drunk. Again I know the problem will be solved by the time we return to Anderson.

This place was the worst I have ever seen. Dirty bathroom, mold on floor in shower and bathroom, no Air - no fan - walls dirty, would not use frig or microwave - this place is old, old, old. Did not have a sign on the outside of the building - this should have been a warning, but guess what, figured it out too late. Would never stay again even if it were free. Do not go there!!! Best thing they had was a big screen tv in lobby.

I had booked this business travel through online travel website and it made things easy for me, but it seemed to confuse others as I encountered clerks who didn't immediately understand everything was prepaid through online travel website. The hotel clerk never got it right when I checked in, but finally, someone there got it figured out by the next morning when I checked out. The room was nice, fairly clean and had the basics of what I needed. I never could find the light switch for the vanity light, so I shaved in a little less light than I am used to. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows on a king sized bed. There were things to do nearby, plently of restaurants and a 2.75 movie theater. The price was right, but I may try a different hotel next time I'm in town.

Close to the highway, had a bar. Dirty floor, promised a continatal breakfast but they were out of food. Staff was good but they need to put some in new floors carpet was stained and dirty. Some onr forgot to shop for continental breakfest so they were out after a hour. No elevator or help with lugage, the shuttel for casino was 45 min, late and did not show up at all to pick us up at the end of evening.had to call a cab.

luxery suite is not! stay in cheap room. it includes the only amenity that the hotel offers, a decent not good breakfst bar.

The indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the whirlpool were closed and did not have any water in them. I looked at 2 rooms and both were outdated with very dirty carpets and soiled and stained chairs. The bed was uncomfortable. It was difficult to control the air conditioner and there was the odor of mold from it. There were broken tiles in the bathroom as well as dirty and cracked ceiling panels. Low ceiling in bathroom made it even more uncomfortable. The room looked outdated and in poor shape. The second room smelled clean (the first room smelled like a locker). The bathtub was missing safety tread and it was dangerous to use (very slippery and a person could easily fall in the tub and be seriously injured.) It was very rundown, in very, poor shape.The housekeeper was pleasant and tried to get a room ready quickly for me. The staff were pleasant.I will not stay there again even though a housekeeper and the staff were pleasant and made an effort to do their jobs well.The hotel needs drastic remodeling. The carpets and upholstered chairs need cleaning. There needs to be safety treads in all the bathtubs that do not have it or do not have enough of it. There ought to be safety bar at the bathtub, since there weren'y any handrails at the tub. I recommend staying in a different hotel. I will not stay there again.

Restaurant in hotel was very nice since work ran late. Very run down rooms smelled musty and smoky. Weight room equipment was filthy and broken. Hot tub and pool closed. Room was not very clean. Hotel is in a great location and the staff was friendly but the rooms and amenities were broken run down and filthy. Everything was dusty large amounts visible behind curtains and TV! Vents were loaded with dust, walls were filthy. Quality is very poor and may damage your reputation.

Our 1 night stay at the Clarion Inn in Anderson, Indiana was a disaster. The room was very small, no shelf in bathroom to day any item. The temperature was 63 degrees and the hotel can only have heat or air conditioning, not both, so we about frooze to death. With my husbands health condition we could not stay the remaining 5 nights in such a cold dirty room. We went across the street and stayed at the Lees Inn for only $ per night in a suite with a tremendous breakfast buffet. Our room at the Clarion had 2 telephones in it but neither of them worked. At breakfast I had to go to the desk to get someone to bring more coffee for the buffet and the were all out of syrup for the pancakes they had on the buffet. The meal was not very good.

Great shampoo. Felt like a dirty trucker left just before we got there. Feces on toilet seat, blood stains on mattress cover, needed to be washed, was visible through the sheet, was not able to get any air conditioning.

This motel needs a great make over. It is old and outdated. The hall ways smell of dampness and chlorine from the swimming pool. The rooms are somewhat clean but by no means a three star motel. We would not stay at this motel again. Larry

Very clean and helpful. The indoor pool was closed for the whole weekend. Perfect location just no pool for my kids that's why I picked this hotel.

Parking available right outside of my room. Pool and Jacuzzi were down for maintenance. It is why I chose this hotel. The hotel is in serious need of renovation. Also, when it states that it has a indoor pool and Jacuzzi, it needs to have it available. That was the reason I booked this particular motel/hotel. Carpeting in the rooms needs replaced. Fixtures are in need of replacing. Outlets need to be readily available near the bed not by the outside wall. It is in a great location just off of the interstate. It is close to good restaurants.

The lobby was nicely done. The room doors are located outside. For a 3 star, I fee I was misled. I did not expect the room doors to be on the outside and be classified as a 3 star. As a solo business traveler and a woman, I do not book hotels unless the rooms are only accessed from the inside therefore choosing three star. Not only that, but the shower was very moldy.

Lobby was new and beautiful, convenient to highway. Had to go thru 2 different doors to get to our rooms. Rooms were coldish. I think they were remodeling, I tried to avoid getting this motel.

Great location. Going thru a remodel/kind of messy. Other than the construction items we had to dodge around/messy from all this, the hotel was nice. will be a lot nicer after the remodel is finished.
