I love to stay at the clarion. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure everything is ok with you. If you are not happy they will fix it. Special shout out to the front desk!!!!! Her friendly smile and courtesy is the best!!

The hotel is in need of some work, but I've been in worse. There was no attitude of friendliness if you didn't speak spanish. We were ignored at breakfast once they got the room number. We were not served coffee, as were the tables on both sides. We got no napkins, no anything but a real attitude from the staff at the restaurant. The walls were thin and the neighbors noisy. Shotgun carrying security staff on the street. Taxi driver asked for 50 dollars for short ride - and when I balked asked for 10. Suspension ceiling straps were rusty and repairs that had been done to tile were left without any attempt to blend. In short, they tried to rip us off and treated us poorly. I can hardly wait until we get the credit card statement, as they said they could not run us a bill when we checked out.

It was stinky and run down, and just scary, in a bad area. We thought we would never get there, and the area was bad enough that the front desk suggested we take a taxi the 300 yards to a pizza place, and did not recommend the hotel food for consumption. We arrived at night, and thought the place would look better in the light of day, and boy were we wrong, what a crappy, stinky, scary place, to be avoided by the traveler.

This hotel is a bargain in the midst of a busy commercial area. It had the best breakfast buffet included in the price of the stay. Rooms were large and comfortable. Had not been to this part of the capital in some years. It was great to see the hotel was well maintained. There is a great little bakery next door, too.

The hotel is very good located, but the restaurant for dinner in not good, the smell of the place drive's you crazy... For me the best was that with your room key you can go to the BodyShop Gym acroos the street...is amazing...when you travel for bussines, is very nice to keep your exercise schedule..

Clean, very nice "free" breakfast, friendly staff. Noisy air conditioner. I loved it! I would go back on my next trip. My first impression was not pleasant because my room had a very bad smell, please make sure the rooms smell good. Thanks to the staff, very nice people!

The location was great, central and within walking distance to some shopping. One elevator was not working and made the wait a bit longer. The Clarion was a very positive experience for our family. The rooms were very nicely presented and comfortable. The breakfast food was delicious. We felt comfortable, safe, and well attended to when needed.

Nothing. The food from the previous days was fad to us everyday. Please don't go to this hotel, stinks, no refrigerator, no water, air conditioner make too much noise. I will no longer bring my business to them.

its a nice hotel, room service was quick, people at the front desk were more than friendly the pool is a bit small but after all i am not going to the olympics...;-) an important advice if you think of going to this hotel then do your booking thought the internet cause this way you will save alot of money. most importantly its in the middle of the city close to almost everything a taxi company is very close but also almost every other place you may need to go to....have a nice stay in a 3 star hotel with a 5 star service...:-)

Location. Parking is extremely difficult. Great for business travelers but parking and getting in and out is extremely difficult. Also the bathroom was not neatly clean in our room.

I really enjoyed the head waiter he is so professional. The clerks at the desk, You have to ask for their attention. I enjoyed my stay, the food was well prepared and served. I didn't get a chance to stay there long because I visit relatives in Neyba. I will choose this Hotel again when I return again SJY.
