Spend a great deal of time on the road. This hotel has a great lobby and thats where it ends. Housekeeping staff migrated the halls yelling and laughing it up at 7:30am - the bed was made, towels replaced and that was it - no cleaning -carpeting was dirty enough to ruin a fresh pair of socks - paper cups were furnished in the room to drink from, note they weren't packaged, just sitting lose on the counter, garbage pail not emptied. The "free" breakfast was tolerable if I only knew what I was eating - in a city with coffee shops on every corner, again they missed the ball. The "exercise room" was a stationary bike and a treadmill, two towels and a sink!

I liked the room had a fridgerator and microwave and TV with DVD player. Bathroom was small, but worked sufficiently. This hotel was better than expected, the room was clean and beds were okay, a lot better than some rooms I stayed at.

Looking for an affordable weekend getaway, we found this place to be well worth visiting. The room was very spacious, clean, nice flat-screen TV (which happens to have a DVD player built into the side- if you're inclined to bring your own movies like we do). Also, it's right across the street from a big cinema that plays slightly older movies for just 3 dollars a ticket. The breakfast was pretty good and saves you a little money as well. The staff was excellent, overall we loved the place!

Staff was not helpful in finding a restaurant on check-in. We had one room for our teenage kids and one for ourselves. Their room seemed pretty decent, but ours smelled so badly of paint that we had to leave the window open the entire time. Unfortunately, the freeway noise was also bad, so the nights were not very restful. If the weather hadn't been good, the open window wouldn't have been possible. Towels were small, not very absorbent and there were not extras. Finally, we had a broken bath faucet in our room that caused water to run continuously and couldn't easily be adjusted for temperature. The hotel is close to Seattle and it's amenties, but we're going to cancel the reservation for our return trip and try a different hotel.

It's a decent hotel with clean rooms. Free WiFi and breakfast. But location is far away from Seattle downtown. Nothing interesting around this area !

Free shuttle to airport. Location. If you like hotels that are located next to highways and suburban strip malls, then this place is for you.

BAD: Waited 50 minutes from the airport for the shuttle bus and waited 15 minutes for the shuttle bus after my check out despite making a reservation for the shuttle bus next day (he went to get the butter/cream from the store for the breakfast bar). They are tasking too many errend to the shuttle driver!!! I had a noisy neighbor upstairs. I could hear every creeking noises. Good: Room was nice and clean. Resently renovated w/LCD Television. wonderful hotel staffs.

The adjustable air conditioning was a godsend. Quiet, safe, clean, comfortable, convenient, not too expensive.

The Clarion Hotel Renton was comfortable and was a good value for the business traveler. It was convenient with easy access to major highways/roads in and around Seattle/Renton area.

Big screen flat panel TV's with built inDVD players. No pool. The suites are awesome here. Kitchen area no utensils or cooking stuff. Two flat panel TVs with DVD player’s nice beds with very nice bedding. The non suites are just as nice as far as the bedding and the TVs.

The Clarion Hotel was more than I expected. Looks simple from outside, but when you get into the lobby, looks impressive. The guy receptionist was nice and accommodating. Elevators on every floor, and very clean, obviously maintained well. My husband liked the fact that they have cocoa and hot water available (for free!) downstairs, coz usually it's just coffee and tea. I would say the room was snug, but the bed looked big and very inviting. The pillows, though there were 4, could be a lot bigger, say a standard size. We were impressed by the flat screen tv in the room, I'm guessing to make space for the drawers and fridge. Kinda weird how they had the sink right outside the bathroom, but then again, it won't fit in it, as it was only the shower/tub and toilet. Though the room was a bit small for a queen bed, it still had a desk and chair, for those people who have laptops. It was a bit extravagant for an overnight stay (had to drop off my husband for a 5am flight), but it was very comfortable. The breakfast was great too!

Check-in was very quick and the staff was very nice. My room was clean and was just the right size for 1 person... it had a flat screen TV and king size bed with 4 pillows. The location is right next to the freeway.. there's not much in the area but it is convenient.

The Clarion had all the amenities that we needed and it was recently remodeled. The rooms were well designed and had microwaves and refrigerators included in the cabinetry. The general manager went out of his way to help us with things and we have never seen this high level of service except in 5 star hotels! This is now my favorite place to stay in Seattle.

The Clarion in Renton was very satisfactory for my needs: Access to an excellent restaurant next door, close to my appointment for the next day and very helpful staff made my stay better than average. ( I did not care for the sink to be in the main room, however.) I would definitely stay there again.
