Great location, easy access to yellow route. Room very clean and comfortable. Had trouble with lavatory faucet, hard to operate, other than that it was very satisfactory.

My wife loved the jacuzzi in the room and the cleanliness.

We had a very enjoyable time here. Our rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very good, the pools were beautiful and well maintained. The parking is a little difficult if you have an elderly person because the upfront spots were usually taken, but it worked just fine. I will stay here upon my next visit.

Big comfy bed, TV worked great, USA Today in the morning, had everything I needed. Great place to stay overall, no negative experience. Great hotel for business travel. Comfortable rooms and a good sized table for office space. I will definitely try to stay here again.

Reserved a non-smoking room and was WARNED there would be $250 charge if we smoked in the room. THE ROOM HAD BURNS IN THE CARPET AND SMELLED OF OLD STALE SMOKE!!!!! There was a placard on the door, but the carpet, drapes and linen told another story of long ago. It had to have been a smoking room that had been converted to a non-smoking room by taking out the ash trays and sticking a no-smoking placard on the door, then THREATENING the guests of a possible fine. We weren't upset by the threat of a charge since the whole family is sensitive to smoke. Our feeling of smoke-free security was dashed when we entered the room to the old, stale smoke smell. No one slept well due to the STINK! Hotel was full to accommodate a room change. This overpriced STINKER was left for another hotel the next day. NO plans to stay there again!

"The staff was excellent, the location is excellent, but the smell of OLD, STALE smoke in our NON-SMOKING room was almost enough to send my wife back out the door. If you get a TRUE non-smoking room, the stay would be excellent!"

Nice balcony view. The strong chlorine smell of the pool.

We had a great stay. Rooms was clean ans staff was friendly. We did not eat in the restaurants. Pools were good. Only one small thing wrong is the parking. Other than that it's well worth the money!

Location and desk service. Inconvenience to restaurants and chlorine in pool. Perhaps it was my fault for reading too much into the add. I selected a room and when I arrived and saw it, was generally disappointed. It cost me an extra 60 dollars to upgrade. (Not the fault of the desk staff) The route to the restaurant forced us to go outside on a blustery, cold, rainy evening. The service at the restaurant was pushy particularly in selling wine. Our orders were taken after a long wait in a virtually empty facility. My order finally came. Steak overcooked and with a different side dish. A "baked" potato was under cooked and cold. I was too tired to wait to bother to complain to the waiter. The walk to the restaurant was adjacent to the indoor pool. The corridor reeked of chlorine and any thoughts of a visit to the pool rapidly disappeared.

"Hotel was very nice and very clean. Enjoyed having a balcony overlooking countryside and pool. Breakfast was outstanding including eggs, waffle machine, fresh fruit, biscuits/gravy, and all the usual fare. Great indoor pool/hot tub as well as outdoor pool/hot tub. Pool areas first class. Only complaint was old, flat, hard/uncomfortable mattress."

The room was comfortable and nice. The restaurant and lounge did not meet expectations. The restaurant had a nice feel to it, however when we went down for dinner there were two other couples in the entire dining area and we had to wait 30 minutes for a table. The waitress that we had was not very professional. She actually took a drink from my glass at the table when I requested something different due to the potency of the cocktail. The food was subpar for the price and the lounge consisted of 3 tables 4 stools an under stocked bar and a bartender that had to ask how to make each drink. While the hotel itself was charming, the restaurant/lounge left something to be desired.

Complimentary breakfast. Parking lot very slippery during ice storm. It was not treated. A bit gaudy, like the rest of Branson, but earnestly trying to make all their guests feel comfortable and rested. The restaurant made an excellent prime rib. It was marvelous to come in after a long day and help ourselves to a fresh, crunchy apple at the front desk.

"traveled with a tour and every thing was great, nice large clean room, good view from balcony, breakfast was very good.first day there was another tour there and they wanted to sit over coffe and hog the tables ,but the next day after they left, there was enought room for breakfast. I would stay there again"

The convience of location. The whirlpool jets were not working and that was pretty disappointing. We really enjoyed our stay here. We would recommend it to anyone (as long as the whirlpool was fixed!)

"Why it is rated 2 star I do not know. Should be 3 star. Nice rooms, on-premises restaurant, the kids loved the pool and jaccuzi, walking distance from all kinds of entertainment."

Loved the pool and the indoor room hot tub. The room wouldn't get cold enough. Perfect.

"The hotel and rooms were great. However, the breakfast was just fair.We have had better with less expensive hotels. there was not enough seating. Lots of people went back to their rooms or ate by the pool area. Breakfast was mainly sweet stuff and cereal and toast. There were no eggs, no bacon, no suasage and biscuits, no yogurt, or fruit. Generally we look forward to the first meal but I almost felt like going to McDonalds for their breafast."
