Location. Food. Very conveniently located. Did not like the breakfast potatoes in the restaurant but the staff was friendly.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and its always the same. the staff is very friendly and the location is great. very easy access to the highway and about a half an hour away from pittsburgh. The rooms are very large and have just about everything you will need for your stay. the only problem i have is the cleanliness of the hotel/room. the hotel hallways are always dirty and smell very heavily of smoke from the smoking rooms. the room floors are usually dirty and on occasion have found ants in the room. also, the sheets and towels we have found stained and/or dirty. also, the bed itself is always hard and the pillows are poor quality. for the money though, its not bad. the rates are always very good.

Nice place for a quick getaway. The pool is real nice and the food at the restaurant is very good. It is an older hotel but the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very pleasant.

Room service was quick, the food was hot, not too expensive. The entire hotel was not very clean. Overall - OK - not very clean - priced higher than other hotels in the area. Business center was not very usable - old slow equipment.

I felt very safe and comfortable. It was at a good location and employees were friendly and were very helpful. The rooms were large enough to work and comfortable to sleep in.

Location. Bathroom needs to be updated. Overall, the hotel appears to need updating, but was clean and convenient. The staff appeared well trained. Strong odor of smoke in the hallways. Our room was non-smoking and did not have an odor.

For the past two years -- June 2006 aand August 2007 -- I have stayed at the Clarion New Kensington, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay there each time. Rooms are comfortable, bathroom facilities are good. Front desk and maintenance staff are very professional. Location of property is very good for my needs. Hotel is a convient, comfortable place to stay during my visits. I hope to get back to New Kensington again in the near future and I WILL NOT HESITATE TO BOOK A ROOM at the Clarion whenever I get back to the New Kensington area.

Friendliness, comfortable room. No security, people could walk off the street into any door and not be seen by staff. Door we used to enter from exterior into the interior smelled. Security was nil. Otherwise it was a nice place and I would go back and use it. Would like to see more security and locked outside doors.

Hotel looked old and somewhat seedy when we first drove up. The front desk staff was very nice. The room smelled SO BAD of stale smoke, it gave us headaches. Had to run the AC on high just to keep air moving. Had to remove blanket on bed---several holes and spots on it.

Close to funeral home. Lower quality then we normally select. Good value for someone on a very tight budget. Nice people; but run-down area.
