I had an amazingly relaxing time. The pool was great and the whirlpool even better. The resteraunt food was amazing. I expected to go outn every night for food but I did not have to.

Friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. To sufficiently light the room requires a trip to every lamp. This was a very pleasant hotel with friendly and helpful staff as well as clean and comfortable accommodations.

The A/C did not work in my room. Sure it is April, but it still got up to 80 degrees during the day.

No housekeepimg services for 2 days out of 4. Compensated with free breakfast but no cook available, so no breakfast! Unable to regulate heat or air air conditioning without reaching through ceiling tiles and turning valve. Would NEVER return to this hotel.

Very courteous staff, very clean room. Atrium area was noisy due to pool and ping pong. Couldn't fall asleep until 11pm. The staff was very courteous and helpful, even at the busiest times. Great for kids with the indoor pool and ping pong. However, the inner atrium rooms pick up all the noise. The hotel closes that area at 10pm, thankfully, but it doesn't mean loud teenagers leave right away. Think there was a visiting high school band during my visit. Would stay again, definitely, but not near atrium area. Again, great staff!

On our most recent stay we encountered a problem with needing to stay another night while in town and the hotel was sold out and when we approached the desk to inquire about another night, they took our information and said their manager would be calling us back. she called back within 15 minutes, said she was new to the hotel and apologized for the delay ( what delay, it was only 15 minutes :-) and was able to get us in for another night even though they were full.

The Clarion Hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful, however the location was near the railroad tracks, and the noise and whistle of the train was disturbing at 4:00 am.There were no shops or restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, but the continental breakfast was overpriced.

Pool & recreation area. Price of the room and the small beds. Very nice hotel with large indoor pool and recreation area. Great place to stay if you have kids. Kind of high priced on KSU game weekends and didn't like the 2 small double beds. Overall, would definitely reccommend this hotel to anyone!

I stayed at the Clarion hotel for my son's wedding. We had 10 rooms and used their catering service for the reception. The girl in sales was very nice helpful. We had an enjoyable stay. Our room was very clean and the kids loved their indoor pool.

the first room I was assigned smelled horrible, they moved me to another room. I like to see the beds made, not with the pillows propped up and the bed spread turned down. I thought maybe the sheets had not been changed. The bathtub dtain was clogged and I stood in water over me ankles for a shower. The AC did noty cool very good, I did call maitence and they came adjusted it, but it was always warm and just used a sheet. IThis was a business trip and my room was right by the pool and it was hard to get to sleep. I would probably not use this hotel again.

Staff was friendly and willing to help. The layout of the hotel was very confusing. The room had 3 doors. One to the pool/recreation area. One to the outside hall. And one to the room next door. The layout of the hotel was very confusing and I did not feel safe.

Stayed here while visiting family in Ft. Riley. Staff was always courteous and professional. Visited in winter (outside temp hovered near zero), and room was toasty warm (i.e., no idea how well a/c works!).Will definitely stay here again.

It had a miniature golf course and indoor pool. Our keys did not work the first night we got there. This hotel was in a pleasant and convenient location with fun features like an indoor pool and miniature golf course, as well as an Irish pub.

Staff was courteous and professional. Over price for caliber of room. Although the staff was very professional and helpful, the hotel was a rather disappointment, not only as it related to price and conditions but comfort as well. The king size bed was awfully lumpy and uncomfortable. For the price I would have expected a more comfortable bed. To say it mildly after driving for seven hours, it was neither enjoyable nor restful to sleep in an uncomfortable bed.

Large rooms, very clean. Well lit parking & secure area. I was initially given keys to a room that was already occupied, very embarrassing. Interior rooms face indoor pool. Strong smell of chlorine. The room was large, comfortable, and clean, but the exterior spaces were dirty. Lots of cigarette butts near exterior doors, paper and wrappers in the hallways. The pool, hot tub, and exercise area was spotless. Cocktails in the bar were good, but the food was disappointing. Service across the board was top notch, though.

Relaxing atmosphere. Can't think of a thing. We had a great time staying at the Clarion hotel. The relaxing atmosphere and friendly people make a great place to stay.
