We planned to stay 4 nights here, but instead we visited friends in Melbourne and spent the last two nights with friends in Melbounre. Upon returning to get our items, the room had been wiped out. All food and soda in the fridge was taken, my pants were removed from the hanger and taken. Of course - lost and found had nothing.

Hotel was great for the price. A nice hotel to stay at. Located a reasonably short distance from Disneyworld and had enough amenities to fulfill your needs. Hotel desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall this hotel was close to everything as far as dining, the attractions, gift shops, etc. My family and I really enjoyed the scenary. It really catered to families with Disney just 1.5 miles away so that we didn't have to drive far 2 get to the park. Along with that the hotel also provided a shuttle to the theme parks which was very good so u didn't have to worry about paying for parking. We think that we will choose this hotel in the near future.

Former FL resident, returned to visit. The area is good if you are vacationing. The hotel lobby was well kept and nice, had a large TV and bar in front, nice. Gift shop and small arcade (arcade was small and most games just ate your money and didnt work) But at least they made an effort for kids. Several elevators, pop machines and ice machines on floor which is nice, rooms were well kept, smelled like a hotel though. Shower drain was clogged for stay which was pretty gross. Kids enjoyed fish watching from room that overlooked little foutain in front. Overall a nice experience for the price. Would recommend for family on budget.

Room was clean and neat. Helpful staff. Only negative was a time share booth right in lobby which gave the impression it was hotel staff. Weren't pushy once told no. Certainly would stay here again.

The hotel was a nice place to stay. The staff were very nice and also helpful. It was also very close to Disney World and to local restaurants. The only problem I had was with the shuttle service to the amusement parks, it only had pickups in the morning and drop offs at 7:00 pm. or later, and only to Epcot and no drop offs to the other Disney Parks. I would recommend this hotel, but you may want to have a vehicle available to save on transportation time. The shuttle also stops at other resorts, which increases the travel time.

Perfect for what we wanted and needed. We were very please and want to return. The pool was full of teen age girls, most of the time. Not the hotels fault but the only negative. The hotel was far better then what we were expecting. The Disney Animal Kingdom is a short drive behind the hotel, going the back way in to Disney. Everything was very clean and we never heard any noise from any other guest. Slept great every night. We are looking forward to going back several times.

This hotel is the best of everything~clean, well-appointed rooms, location close to virtually everything Disney, Arabian Nights, great restaurants, and outlet malls and has a gorgeous pool and stupendous hot tub for those sore feet! Perhaps the most important thing was the way we were treated as travelers with our pet. They were sweet to our dog and the walking area was large and well lit. IT IS A GREAT PLACE FOR PETS!! This is a resort quality stay for an extreme budget price! Definitely STAY HERE!! Read on for more details: Upon arrival, we were given a room on the fifth floor, and when we got up there, we decided we wanted a lower floor. Megan, the night desk clerk, was so wonderful; she immediately told us to come on down for a room on either the first or second floor. She was courteous, friendly and most helpful. In fact, everyone was just great. One night we were about 15 minutes after closing to get to the hot tub, but the man who came to tell us it was closed allowed us to use it anyway. When we pleaded to use it for just a few minutes because our feet hurt, he just smiled politely and said "sure." The heated pool was warm, clean and inviting. The entire grounds and landscaping were lush and very "Floridian, with a lake and fountain. The beds were luscious, the curtains dark, and the wake up call prompt. The mini fridge was just the right size for everything needed to save money on food. We had great coffee in our room, too. The bath was sparkling clean, the towels fresh and we got any extra stuff we needed post haste. The housekeeping staff was friendly and were able to communicate with us fine.

We knew that this was a mid-tierhotel but there were several annoying things. First, you only get about 10-12 channels on the TV with very limited kid options (plus no ESPN???). The hotel also advertises free wireless internet service in each room. This is true but I lost the signal every five minutes which was incredibly frustrating. The pool area left alot to be desired and is in need of major renovation. And lastly, each time you enter and exit the hotel you are harrassed by the "guest services" booth trying to sell you tickets to every attraction in town.

The hotel staff were super friendly, in room fridge, microwave, and safe. The beds were awful and painfully to sleep on the bed linens had several cigarette burns. The hotel staff were very friendly!! The beds were terribly painful to sleep on of which had a noticeable dip in the middle. The bed linens (blankets) were paper thin and as a person who likes to sleep with air conditioning, I had to suffer with the uncomfortable Florida humidity because my wife and children were cold. I also believe the air conditioners have internal thermostats to save the hotel money because we could not get the room much below 70 degrees during the day. I received three additional blankets from the friendly front desk to finish out our vacation in comfort but two of the blankets had cigarette burn holes in them. The mugs and glasses in the room looked very dirty and housekeeping never changed them despite generous daily tipping Disgusting and unsanitary! The pool was great, bring your room towels and bug spray for no-seeums and mosquitoes (probably due to recent heavy rains). The game room was like a small converted closet, about 5 games, 2 of which didn't work. They have a small laundry room where I was fortunate to step in a large puddle of water while completing my wash on my third day because of a water leak. The vending machines were removed prior to my stay and the front desk only offered drinks. There is no doubt that this hotel should have been a 1 star economy hotel. They charge a 2.50 hotel service charge per night which is not much but after several disappointments it was icing on the cake.

The price was great. The location was excellent, but there were a few things that really bugged me about his hotel. First, the rooms air conditioner was so loud it sounded like there was a diesel pick-up truck idling in your room. When we asked them to fix it, they said there was nothing to fix, that is the way their air conditioners operate (old). Security was a joke; the back door had a pass card entry but it was open the entire time we were there, day and night and anyone could walk in that door an access the elevators without ever being seen. The rooms had a smell and the elevators were full of dirt the entire time. The front desk staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful whenever they could. It was a good price and location, but you had to sacricfice a good sleep and safety which we are not willing to do again.

The beds were comfortable. Breakfast bar was not worth the price. I was very impressed! The beds werevery comfortable. We had a fridge and a microwave in the room. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. They have free transportation to the different theme parks and free breakfast for kids.

Our room was located in a very convenient place. Room service was not very friendly, one of them asked us if she can service our room, so that she could get it over with, and we had to wait a while for towels.

Very near to Disney World. Could hear noises from outside room which was disturbing in the night. Hotel was selling tickets to Magic Kingdom. But it was clubbed with a promo to visit a near by resort. I was not interested in the resort visit and just wanted to buy tickets at regular price. But the lady selling the tickets was not happy with it and was rude in answering and gave some reason not to sell tickets.

Friendly front desk. Very basic, some what run down, needed better housekeeping. Overall was an okay hotel. Great location, but the rooms were very basic. I even got an upgraded room and still was far from impressed. Room were outdated and needed to be cleaned better.

The vending machine was a little expensive. The hotel was great. I really enjoyed staying there for three nights. It was close to many attractions. There were so many restaurants close to it.

I got this room for the family based on the rating. It was somewhat old but they are currently rennovating it now. I would say this is a great buy for location.
