Free WiFi, clean room and very convenient location near historic Williamsburg. Overall, a great value. Clean rooms, great location and friendly service overcame what some may view as an older hotel that has gone through numerous renovations. All doors are interior to the hotel and it is very close to colonial Williamsburg, shopping, dining and Busch Gardens. I didn't use the indoor pool but it looked pretty big. My family and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. This hotel was great value for the money. Its location can't be beat and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Only had one small issue where our breakfast order never made it to room service, but the kitchen staff fixed it instantly (and it was great)! Overall a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel to family travelers - great pool.

Great location to Colonial Williamsburg. Not as close to restaurants as I thought. We actually upgraded to an efficiency apartment. The apartment is a great route with children.

Smells like mildew people steal from you and go through your things and I would never recommend anybody stay there and everybody should be fired.

Great location and very friendly, professional front desk staff. Overcharged in the hotel restaurant. Great location, close to the main attractions in Williamsburg. Pleasant atmosphere and very professional staff.

Quality price and location. Lower entry hallway was dark with dirty/old carpet. A good value, room was fine, location close to old Williamsburg.

Good location. Recently renovated but not up to par with facilities. At first glance this hotel looks fabulous. Once you get inside it is a badly renovated old hotel, no microwave nor fridge, had no coffee in room. Beds were comfortable, however walls, floors and doors extremely thin, could hear other guests. Pool was lovely however freezing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall hotel is clean and well staffed but badly renovated.

The rooms were nicely decorated. The rooms had bad odors, it was overwhelming. The phone in one of the rooms didn't work. The TV remote didn't work even after given another. It appeared that the hotel had recently been purchased by Clarion as there was a banner over the previous named hotel.We were disappointed considering the rating of the hotel. Both rooms had foul smells, as if they had water damage. One room even had a some type of air purifier. The phone in one of the rooms was out of order. The TV in the room did not have a remote that worked, even after getting a replacement from the front desk.Overall, we were not pleased with what we paid and how the hotel was rated. During checkout the couple ahead of us had a list of complaints that they were reviewing with the hotel staff leading us to believe that the hotel is obvious going through something.

Staff was very cooperative. Initial room was in poor shape. Average value. Had to request room transfer because initial room was poorly maintained. Hotel needs vent fans in bathrooms!

Location and price. TVremote was changed several times and did not work. The hotel is nothing exemplary but quite adequate for a short stay. Breakfast is not included in the price. The staff is quite friendly and helpful.

Great location. Originally stated that breakfast would be provided, learned that it was not. Great location to tourist (walking distance) and theme park area. Nice clean rooms. Front desk staff did not appear friendly.

Hotel staff was very flexible in allowing us entry early in order to change clothes due to a family funeral. Staff was great very helpful. Ate breakfast in restaurant; was okay; staff was excellent; Would recommend a lower price menu and better menu selection for breakfast.

Great location. Much smaller rooms than advertise, no micro wave, no refrigerator. All of which is on there site not pleased at all. The location is great.
