Snack shop open at night - Beautifully furnished room. Convenient computer appliance outlets. Nothing to tell, loved it all. Excellent room for relaxing and working.

My room smelled bad, and was bleak and depressing. Harsh flourescent lights, cheap disinfectant odor, and a broken showerhead and non-draining tub made the one night there more than enough. When I mentioned the broken shower to the front desk representative, she simply replied, "I'll make a note of it" Not to mention the entire property is just unattractive to look at, and the employess were arguing when we checked in and couldn't bother to stop long enough to greet us. All in all, the most constructive thing I have to offer about this experience is they should close and start over.

Location. Complimentarybreakfast was not very appetizing. Cereal, some dough nuts,1 waffle maker! Toast and juice, coffee.I hadbreakfast somewhere else. The rate was to high for the room. Clean room but not the best of location. My room was facing a back street; not safe. Complimentary breakfast not good. The employees where friendly but not service oriented. I asked for directions to Terry Park, nobody knew, only driver of shuttle knew but he was at airport.

Front dest was very friendly, maids and waitress, went out of their way to make it very enjoyable The pool was great, until the last 3 days, hardly any room in the pool-----the baseball players were all there, then about 1 a.m. loud talking outside my room that kept me awake, but they were all haveing fun. I will be back at the Clairon again. Very clean and nice hotel for the money

It was very quiet so that we were able to sleep with not disturbance. The room and especially the bathroom was very small. Also the room had a bad odor. The hotel was older but clean. However, our room had an odor. The lobby, restaurant and grounds were pretty and clean. They need to replace some of the lounge chairs by the pool.

"Hotel was in a great location but the room was not that spectacular. Upon entering the room, it had a musty smell and the bathroom was so small that I had to practically step into the bathtub to close the bathroom door. I would stay again if I had no other choice but I am going to look for a nicer place in the same area for the $"

Rest. /bar at hotel. Carpets were dirty. It was my first stay there, it was ok. The grounds were trashy.

Room was adequate for what I needed but was very disappointed in what I paid for the room to what I got. Walls were in need of repair. Floors were in despirate need of cleaning. Paint and wall paper was chipping off the walls. The best part was the location. 10 mins from everything from the beach to the airport.

location Radisson must have purchased the next-door ramshackle hotel and connected the two buildings. The part that we'd stayed in was definitely a lower class than the main Radisson hotel.

"The restauant was very nice but the food was just OK. The front desk service needs improvement, everyone else was nice. The tiki bar is great, as is the pool. The rooms on the 2 level section are in need of repair but OK, I didn't see the rooms in the main hotel. Great location for those traveling 41, easy access to Cape Coral."

Good staff, quick check in. Bed, linens, room very substandard. Expected much more from a Radisson. The hotel appears to have been bought by Radisson recently. The bed linens were very substandard, old carpet, warped outer door, poorly insulated walls. I suspect that it will improve upon further renovation of the hotel by the Radisson company, for this is surely not one of their original hotels.

Free Wireless Internet throughout the hotel and in the rooms It has doors to the outside like a motel.

Very Little Worst "upscale" hotel ever - beds were pitiful, rooms had ouside doors 10 ft from the street Pathetic Hotel - should be listed as moderate/economy not upscale - soured me on Radisson hotels for life - you could feel the springs in the beds, the door of the room was 10 ft from a busy street, the staff was rude.

It had a nice restaurant, wireless hook up and was well located for our purposes. It was looking a little shabby, it needed a facelift. The hotel had all the amenities that a three star hotel has. The restaurant and pool area were nice. The rooms were spacious, but the carpets, furniture, wall paper, base boards etc. looked rather worn. The staff were very courteous.
