The hotel was nice. The check-in process was very easy. We were disappointed to discover that there was no ice machine located on the 2nd floor. The cushions on the loveseat in our room were so thin that they were almost non-existent. In spite of those 2 items, we had a very pleasant experience. Our room was clean & quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Staff should have notified me about the motorcycle gang. This is some where I would not stay in again.

hotel was extremely convenient to the University of AR where we attended a basketball game. staff was great from checkin to checkout. the expansive breakfast buffet was only $4.95 and we were able to feed the whole family for a great price. our room was clean and comfortable. the sheets and pillows were outstanding. we were able to speak to the owners more than once on our trip since they work on site every day. friendly staff to say the least!

The room was not very clean, we heard rustling in the night and awoke to find a mouse had eaten the crackers we'd brought. The manager belived us and comped the room and we moved that morning.

Comfortable beds, easy access off the interstate. No microwave or refrigerator. Overall the staff was very friendly and efficient. Also they looked to the needs of all the people there by seeing that they had what they needed. The rooms were slightly smaller than whatI expected.

I was there with my son for a football weekend. Arrived the day before. On game day, we were out of the room before noon and didn't return until after 11 p.m. During that time, the room was not cleaned or serviced. Beds were unmade, everything just as we had left it 11 hours earlier. It was too late and we were too tired to call about it. Next morning, when we checked out, I mentioned this and said that I should be entitled for some refund because servicing and cleaning should be part of the price paid. I was told by the young woman at the desk that it was "impossible" to refund any of the price because I had prepaid my online travel websitety and there was no way for them to refund any of that money. I said surely there must be some way to give me a refund, to which she responded, "it is impossible, have a nice day". Otherwise the room and hotel were OK, but I wouldn't stay there again because of this attitude. Obviously it is possible, somehow, to give a refund. They could have sent me a check.

It was close to the football game. They did not clean our room. We stayed two nights and the house keeping did not clean our room.
