Comfy, clean bed, checked in late and just needed the room for sleep. Nothing to report. Friendly hotel staff who was very efficient upon check-in and check-out. Comfy, clean bed. Would stay there again.

The carpet in my room is nasty. There are some sort of stains on the couch and I am scared to take my shoes off. I told the front desk that the carpet looked awful and asked if they had any rooms that had newer or cleaner carpet, she said all the rooms are pretty much the same.

It's convenient. The area seems safe. I don't like the color of the carpet in the hallways. It looks old. It's nice & quiet. Close to commercial centers. Nice staff.

They over-authorized the credit card that they took for incidentals even though our room was fully pre-paid. This left us with no available funds for two days of our vacation. They do NOT have a continental breakfast. They give two vouchers per room/per day for breakfast in their restaurant. We never got the free newspaper.

The staff was efficient. The breakfast was excellent. We had to be moved to another room because theTV didn't work. The rooms were very nice and were clean and comfortable. The staff was especially helpful, both in the restaurant and motel.

Location was nice, close to shops and dining. The bed was not very comfortable, the mattress was too hard, and the shower had low water pressure. Everything was fairly nice, the hotel was clean and the drinks at the bar were good. The shower had low water pressure and so did the toilet. Higher pressure would've been much nicer. The bed wasn't very comfortable either, the mattress was too stiff. The price for the room was ok, if the water pressure was better and the bed more comfortable then the price would've been great.

Convenience to the Expressway and the rooms were clean. The breakfast that was included in the room price. It was adequate but not the best. My group stays here because of the location and the price is moderate.

The staff helped tolocate accessible room. The room was spacious and wheelchair friendly; which included a very nice roll-in shower. The breakfast was good and friendly service.

Budget price, convenient location. A bit run down and old feeling, food was average. We came to this area to visit our daughter and grandkids - just needed a place to sleep mainly. Our goal was to find something close by with a reasonable price and this hotel fit the bill. Would not be a great place for a family vacation - but it is conveniently located near the freeway and was reasonably clean with a friendly staff. We would consider returning if we don't find something better.

Swimming pool. Mold in ceiling, old. It was very old, mold in the ceiling from leaking roof, plumbing was bad toilet wouldn't flush or took to long including the shower. The AC would throw hot air at times not a very homely hotel, only a couple of channels available on the TV, coffee maker was next to toilet only good thing was the pool.

Location, pool, convenient, nice staff. Older Building, needs remodeling. Everything was as I expected. Though we unfortunately were next door to a youth baseball team and their families. The parents were drunk and disorderly and allowed their children to run rampant throughout the halls disturbing us and all the other occupants on that floor. But after calling the desk to complain, the security was immediately on the scene and did control the situation. Kudos the Hotels quick response.

Very convenient to the freeway and dining. Hotel dining was horrible! Nice location and close to freeways, dining and markets. There was no air conditioning in the hotel. They had the doors open and fans blowing all throughout the hotel. Flies everywhere. Once inside, there was an air conditioned unit inside that would blow cooler air. The key card took numerous tries each time we entered the room. Very frustrating that my 8 year old could not open the door himself with the key card since he liked to get the ice and such by himself. The dining inside the hotel was horrible to say the least. My 3 kids ordered the kids pizzas and after waiting almost 30 minutes, she brought them out and all 3 were frozen solid. You could tell it was frozen just by looking at it. After waiting another 10 minutes to have her come get them, she took them back and reheated the same pizzas only this time overheating them to the point where they were hard as a rock. My 3 year old could not even bite it. We were in a rush since my oldest son had a baseball game and we needed to be there at a certain time or face penalties in the dugout. so I just threw the 30 dollars down for the meals and left totally upset. I did not even mention how orange colored the canned spaghetti with frozen meatballs were that I had ordered was, although the garlic bread was at least edible and decent.

Great location close to freeway. Restaurant is a little to be desired for. It was clean. The staff was welcoming and the price was perfect.

Location and surrounding area. Had trouble getting the double doubles on the first night of our stay. Will come again.

Clean room. Noisy due to proximity to freeway. Clean hotel. Close to several restaurants.

Wi-fi availability. Close to restaurants and shopping. Soft towels and plenty of them. Comfortable bed, pillows and quiet room. Wifi went down twice. Poor TV reception. Dingy paint and wallpaper. It was comfortable enough. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Freeway sounds not a problem inside the hotel although we were very close. Hotels sit on frontage street to i-10. Super busy freeway at all hours. Got good night's sleep. Our keys were deactivated by accident along with other guests. Problem occurred because of a staff mix-up. Internet went down twice. TV not very useful due to very poor reception on many channels. I would stay again because even the problems were addressed quickly. We weren't there to hang out so the problems were minimal for what we needed. We had a comfortable, quiet stay.

Clean, friendly, breakfast was included, and lots of restaurants within the block. Our sink was very slow to drain. Great place to stay at a great price!
