1. This hotel was so noisy at night you can even hearsteps above your room.2. TV remote control was not working and called frontdesk guess what? front desk staff his name was [...] says if we want check out(it was past 10:00 PM) because I complained TV Remote was not working.3. so many ants in the bath room.

The price. The ants. The hotel staff were very helpful. The beds were comfortable. I never got a housekeeping knock before 10 am. I would choose this hotel for travelers on a budget.

I booked the hotel for a employee who gets sent down on business to that location quite often. He always requests your hotel as his first choice and is disappointed when it is booked and unavailable.

There is much to like about this hotel. It has more character than you might suppose, and the staff are friendly. HOWEVER, it is impossible for me to overlook one aspect of my experience: the four dozen bug bites I had the next morning for my business meeting. The horrified desk clerk immediately offered me another room (at the same price) but admitted they'd been having some trouble. The second room was everything the first one should have been, but I still would be wary of staying at this chain in the future. I am really, really itchy, and we are not talking mosquitos.

The employees were great! There were ants, feather pillows-allergic, no complimentary breakfast. It was close to the Convention Center, the host and parking guard were very nice. The room had ants and you could hear everything outside. The pillows made me break out and triggered my asthma.

This was a nice hotel. TV was a little on the fritz when a commercial came on. Bed was very comfortable, clean sheets and nice pillows. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or fitness center as I was tired at the end of each day. Neighborhood was a little depressed, but you could walk to the convention center if you wanted(and save yourself $12 daily parking). Nice covered parking. Japanese restaurant and sushi bar shares same block with hotel and had good food.

This hotel is in a great location if you need to be downtown. Rooms are clean the parking is the best and free !!!! There alone you save money. The hotel is very safe and fastfood places are with in a 3 minute walk. There are also many sit down places to go eat at. My wife and I was very pleased.

Location Restaurant and front desk help was very poor. I would only stay again at this hotel because of it's location. The breakfast was very bad and the front desk help was very poor.

If you LOVE being in Korean town and close to downtown it's the place to stay..A Everyone is very nice there, the beds are really comfy, rooms are huge,&& one last thang I LOVE THE HOTEL!

Reasonable price. Nice staff. Easy access to Staples Center. Walls are thin. You can hear everything that goes on in rooms next door. Hotel was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff was helpful and the hotel maids were really sweet and very attentive. Was disappointed that the breakfast buffet is no longer free. But no worries, there are plenty of low-cost restaurants near by, plus a well-stocked 7-11 (massive coffee bar, breakfast pastries and fresh fruit) and a McDonald's.

The bacon was good. The room was hot the tv was broken. They could not cool down the room which were baking and the TV was broken they couldn't fix so got another room still hot still broken TV. Took 10 Minutes to get hot water to work!

Good bed, silent location and adequate space. The service of the guys at reception desk was very bad and impolite. Everythingis acceptable except the too cold Asian face of the staff at reception desk.

I liked everything about this hotel! There was not one thing that I did not like. The hotel was beautiful with an open courtyard including a waterfall right outside our door. We would go out there to smoke, eat breakfast, have coffee and just relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially the housekeeping. I had accidentally under packed and the housekeeping generously offered to wash my clothes and put them back in my room while I was out exploring LA, that was a great help. Parking was plentiful and the area was just fine. Our king sized bed was clean and comfortable and my room had a thermostat which was great. We had a really nice time at the Clarion and when I next travel to LA I will be staying there again even if I'm not on a budget. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, families, businesses people or couples just looking for a getaway.

The staff was quite friendly and helpful. A friend and I headed to LA for a Halloween party and blindly chose to stay at the Clarion for its short distance to the event. We found the building easily and parking was nicely available. Our room was easily accessible with both elevator and stairs right in the parking garage. Our room was clean, nicely lit and comfortable. Next year we will be staying here again to attend the yearly event.
