This hotel Steals!!! We held a wedding reception at this hotel and an employee stole our gift card box. This hotel has been less than timely in helping us recover our money. If you want to get robbed blind, stay at this crap hole.

Was in town for college homecoming. The hotel is very close to all the activities. Works well for me and I was only in the room to sleep.

They had a 24 hour shuttle to anywhere you wanted to go for free! We were happy with everything. We were very pleased with our entire hotel stay. The room was clean, updated in nice warm brown colors, and someone even came to the room shortly after we checked in just to make sure that everything including the temperature of the room was to our liking. We also were very excited to find out that the hotel offered a shuttle 24 hours and would take you anyway you wanted to go. It was very cold, and snowing, and this made going out for dinner that night a breeze. We would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Davenport and plan on staying there again.

I stay in Davenport at least once a year and decided to try the Clarion based on a number of positive reviews from X. I have to say I'm very disappointed. Outside of a very nice check-in area, this revamped Holiday Inn needs a lot of work. My room had one large window facing a play and pool area that always seemed to have children sceaming during the day and into the night. The room itself was somewhat dirty and very outdated, with what appeared to be a 15 year old tv, roller desk chair that didn't roll, and wireless internet that ironically required two extra wires attached to my laptop in order to boost their signal enough for me to have internet access. The staff was friendly and relatively helpful, but that did not make up for the other glaring issues of this stay. I had stayed at the in town for the last 5 years and I have to say that outside of the extra mile drive to get there, the X was a better choice for the money by far.

Hotel was quite despite a lot a kids staying there for a baseball tournament. Excellent security.

The food was good andstaff was very helpful. The room had too much light from outside.

We were on a family trip for a funeral. The hotel was amazing; the staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Everything was very clean and well-kept; the pool was very nice. The food was very good. They didn't have a free continental breakfast, but they did serve a hot breakfast at a very reasonable price; the food was more than worth the money (about $5 per adult and $3 per child 12 and under). We would definitely stay again; in fact, we have plans to return to Davenport in the future to visit family and we will be staying at the Clarion.

Friendly staff and the location. Entry door broke, so anyone could come in. No towels in the pool area. The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to housekeeping. It was a decent for the price.

I should have figured it out when the front desk gave me a puzzled look and asked me if we belonged to or were with The Party. The room (319) was stuffy (air) and did not have any way to open windows for fresh air. The window opened into a unsecured hallway. There was a party of some sort in the middle of the complex with music. The music started at 10:00pm and ended at 12:00am. Meanwhile the bachelors were having their own personal party in the room closest to our beds; we almost left because of this. This was the second stay in a Choice franchised hotel in the Moline, IL / Davenport, IA area. I can't say I would recommend either for a comfortable stay compared to Hampton Inn which was comparable in price.

I was uncomfortable with the room and after I complained the switched me to another one. We had coupon book left in the first room and no one could fine them. They had great coupons for the city in them, we were disappointed in not finding We enjoyed our stay, other that they couldnt find our coupon book. We lost out of discounts there. On the weekend they let too many people in the pool and kids were not supervised. We reported about kids throwing up but nothing happend.

Next to all convenience. Staff didn't get us our towels we asked for. Hotel was great. Good for the money and nice pool. Breakfast was not included, but we ate at the restaurant in the hotel, it was amazing.

"This hotel is a old Holiday Inn begin re-done. It will be nice when finished. They were redoing carpet in halls and pool, area. Back entrance to rooms was a mess due to the carpet. Our room was clean , but only window we had faced back of another bldg. so no light. "

Down home. If not maintained in 2 years it will be an economy. It was nice. People were nice. Staff was responsive. Physical grounds might be endangered if they don't keep up with renovations.

The hotel rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area was left with overflowing trash. The hotel was fine with the exception of the pool area. The trash bin was overflowing with garbage laying all around the outside of the can. There were no towels available in the pool area either. However, a staff person did bring me regular towels when I told her my children had not had a single towel to dry themselves. Other than that, the stay was fine. I would go again but feel they need to be better on keeping up with the trash in the pool area.

Decent restaurant and a nice pool. Room smelled funky and the bathroom fixtures were broken. The hotel was adequate. The staff was friendly. The room was fine but smelled odd. I tried to open a window but it was nailed shut. The toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle. The tub drained slowly. My complaints are small, though it was fine and I would go there again if I were passing through and needed a cheap room.

I liked the size of the room and the atmosphere of the hotel. The restaurant didn't have enough staff, but it didn't bother us too much. I think the Holiday Inn is a wonderful hotel. It was great for the kids with the pool and the game area. The hotel was very clean and well kept up. We really enjoyed our stay.

The large indoor recreation area was very nice. I can't think of one thing! I've already told friends and family how great it was!

We liked the location and it had elevators to the upper floors. They offered wireless internet but the signal was very poor. Local calls were $.75 and no continental breakfast. It was very large. We liked the fact that they had a security man in the parking lot all night. We would have liked to connect to our AOl provider but local calls were $.75, while most places we stay they are free. The wireless internet signal was weak so would go off often. We did like the blanket being two sheets. That was very nice and sanitary.
