I do not appreciate the information you provided on your web site for this hotel. You show the rating for this hotel to be 5, I would give it 1. It is old in need of all kind of repairs, rooms smell on smoke, no wireless broad band internet,etc.

Clean, had a microwave and safe. Location was horrible! Unsafe looking, bad part of town! I would not stay at this hotel again. We needed to stay because of the close proximity to the airport, however it was definitely in bad part of town, and I was scared the entire time I was there! The room was clean, but just your basic room.

Staff was excellent, very welcomming. Rooms need improvement, mattress must be replaced. Employees at Luby's Rest was very helpful, friendly and courteous.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Bar/restaurant was terrible. Uneaten food sat around for 3 days outside. They missed our wake up call and we almost missed our plane. Very poorly managed. Do not plan on eating dinner there. Didn't get our wake-up call. The rooms are okay but the rest is a dump.

The convenience to where I needed to go. The front people were unfriendly, and keys to room assigned was not opening. Ordinary service; unorganized and unfriendly front desk service. I would not recommend to anyone.

The hotel was very close to the Birmingham airport and the shuttle service was excellent. The key to my room on the first try did not work. Hotel was very close and convenient to the Birmingham airport. Shuttle service was prompt on both times I used the service. Room was very standard. Complimentary breakfast was only until 9:00 which I felt was too early to stop serving.

Good bed. Location. Although near the airport, there were no restaurant choices within a reasonable distance. This is a bare-bones accommodation. Although the bedding was good and I appreciated the microwave and the refrigerator, I was disappointed that the hotel was isolated and dining choices were non-existent.

Friendly staff, room was clean. Bathroom was clean but door didn't close properly, toilet didn't work properly, tub re-surface peeling. Good but bathroom was iffy,wasn't sure if toilet was actually going to flush or not.

Room was nicer than I expected, good location. Noisy but nothing drastic, it was a football weekend. Nice room, other ammenities must bring it down to a 2-star. Near BHM Airport and freeways. Staff was friendly, parking plentiful.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The maintenance person wan't as supportive as the rest of the staff. Maybe he was overworked due to the arrival of several tour buses. Overall a very good hotel for the price. Although the carpet in the hallway and the stairways were in need of replacement/repair, the room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely helpful.

Very nice furnishings. Dark, carpets stained, tub chipped. This is an old, unkept facility with new furniture. This is an old, unkempt facility with new furniture. I was disappointed by the stains, cracks and dark, dank environment. This hotel does not equal other hotels with the same star level. If alone and just traveling through, needing a bed, okay, but if you have a family and want good memories, no.
