The staff was very helpful with the location of my room for my pet. I had a door to the outside and a door which lead to the hotel hallway. It made it easy to be able to walk my small puppy. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Friendly staff, nice workout facility and pool. Free internet requires you to use their Ethernet cable, it is not wireless.

The Clarion was an excellent choice for us. The room was wonderful. Very clean and the beds were very comfy. We had a room with two beds but there was a ton of room for us and all of our luggage, etc. It had a mini-fridge, a coffee maker and plenty of storage for the snacks we brought with us. We didn't use the pool or the fitness center but did find a need for the business center which was a bit of a hassle. They have two computers but only one worked the first few nights and then the second computer was not working on our last night. I was told to go to the hotel next door to use their computer so I could print off my boarding passes. All in all, I would definitely stay here again. It was a nice place for the price I paid. My only other beef would be there is no continental breakfast offered.

Room was nice. Ad states heated pool and spa. IT WAS COLD! The cold spa runs into the heated pool, therefore making the pool not so heated! Mentioned this to desk attendant and they argued it was heated. Only 3 of the fitness machines worked. Not bad if you want to stay in your room. Bobbi Sox was good w/good service

Visited Pea Ridge NMP and found this hotel to be perfect for our needs and better than most hotels we've stayed at some 25 other civil war sites.

Liked the fact that the room service was available late at night. Tub drain was slow; called to have fixed but no one was available that day to fix it. Said they would make a note but no one ever came to fix it.

It was nice to be welcomed in a friendly manor after several hours of flight. Very clean hotel, from the rooms to the common areas. I especially appreciated the indoor heated pool concidering that thier was several inches of snow outside when I visited. I would stay here again.

I visited Wal-Mart Corporate Office and and location was close by. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was good for the price.

Close to everything. Cost for breakfast. Older, good for Wal-Mart. too expensive for the amenities, I should have checked better. Little disappointed. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Spent one night while in town for a baseball tournament. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. I wish I had spent the entire week I was at the baseball tournament at this hotel. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The room was very comfortable and clean. The room was quiet. There was an in-house restaurant as well as an attached restaurant. It's a little out of the way if you are attending any events in Fayetteville like we were. The front desk worker gave us wrong directions when we called so we went the opposite direction we should have when we got off at the exit. I called back when I discovered I was obviously going the wrong way, and the worker gave me wrong directions again. I made it there on my own. Be sure to print out your directions to the hotel before you leave home. The room was very spacious.

Very clean and friendly. Pool heater not working. Very nice place. Very comfortable and clean.

Northwest Arkansas Airport was about 15 miles away which caused great anxiety coupled with the fact that the wake up call did not occur and the alarm clock in the room did not go off. I could not regulate the air conditioner so the room got hot during the night. When I tried to ring the front desk to address an issue, I got no answer, so I had to go to the front desk. I suspect the clerk was more absorbed in the content being watched on the computer monitor than in addressing a hotel guest. The food at the restaurant was not a good value in that the food was ordinary at best but at hotel prices. All in all it was a pretty miserable hotel experience. I won't be back.

The Bentonville Clarion is in a great location, and the staff are very friendly. The giant, donut-shaped, vinyl-upholstered benches in the lobby/convention area need to go. Although the convention facility could use some updating, the guest room seemed very up-to-date. The hotel has it's own cafe, which served me a great breakfast, and it also has a nice bar and grill (Boston's) next door. If you're visiting the Wal-Mart home offices, this hotel is a great choice for it's convenient location just off Walton Boulevard, and good service.

Nothing stay was bad. Broke pool, to hot even with ac, TV remote broke, etc. My stay at this hotel was overall bad. It was to hot in there even with the ac running. The TV remote batteries were dead, and then the buttons stuck on the remote. The pool heater was broke the whole time I was there. I was made to believe that there was a cont. Breakfast. There wasn't however you could pay high prices if you get there early enough. Even though the hours say one thing they close when they get ready. On the website it says there are bellmen too. There are no bellmen. I was told it was a nonsmoking hotel the website says nonsmoking rooms available. The issues keep going. There is also a sign that says if you're not happy with your stay they will refund you. That hasn't happened yet either. I have wrote the main office still waiting to hear back.

Everything. Nothing. Hotel was very near wall-mart- sums club general offices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Note: my spouse is my partner in business and there is no reference to this under your #12. Your survey only list leisure traveler with partner/spouse. It is important that for business expenses you should also include business traveler with spouse/partner.

Clean rooms, efficient staff, very friendly. The buffet breakfast was cold, not attended to. The hotel was great! Rooms were clean and it was quiet especially with them removing tables from a craft show the day before you could not hear them cleaning, they set up the buffet breakfast but did not come back to check it and all hot items were cold, staff only charged us minimally for this, would have been a great breakfast bar except for that.
