Easy access to interstate, friendly staff. Small room, microscopic bathroom. The front desk help was very efficient and friendly. The lobby was clean. Free Wi-Fi. Free hot breakfast. As a PL customer, felt tucked into an undesirable room, tiny in size, under the stairs, next to the entry/exit/elevators/ice machine, etc. No view to speak of, which was a shame, because I know there were 3rd floor rooms with mountain views that we could have been given. Also, only saved about 15 dollars, which I would have been willing to pay for a nicer view, or a quieter room.

This hotel is very clean and friendly with a great location. Easy access off I-25 and I-40. They have a great selection for hot and cold breakfast with eggs,bacon,hashbrowns,waffles,and cold entre's also. All of the staff from the front desk to the maids were very curtious and helpful. Free DSL hook-up a plus, along with a full range of cable TV. We stayed again on our return trip, and will stay here in the future.

Despite its name, this hotel has rooms which are not suites. We stayed in one with sounds of water running thru the pipes in the wall all night. Bathroom had patched up tub and other signs of wear. Complimentary breakfast was very basic.

Not far from the Sandia Peak Tram. The room's need updated and better lighting. This hotel was fine for one night, but I would not want to stay longer than an overnight stay. The bathroom was extremely small. The location was close to Sandia Peak and restaurants to eat. Continental breakfast room was huge and it was your standard breakfast, the eggs need help-no taste.

The room was a nice suite with ample space (by hotel room standards). However, the busted window on the back lobby door, the graffiti on a sign outside and the stranger in the driveway asking for a ride somewhere, did not make me, my wife and 3-year-old very comfortable.

One Country Inn allows pets, the other does not. It doesn't say that when you make reservations. They would not allow our LITTLE Yorkie and reused to give us a credit. We had to pay for a room we didn't use!

Nothing. 3 different rooms-one had door that didn't work-one that was dirty and had hundreds of bee's buzzing outside the window. I will never stay at a Clarion again. Ever!

Very nice hotel. Rooms are one-bedroom suites at a economy price. Living room had TV, fireplace. Bedroom had TV, King bed, and can be shut off from LR for privacy. Furniture was showing its age. Kitchen was well equipped. Very quiet, but layout of hotel can be confusing. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff, and great rooms! Queen beds only in suites. We when on a short vacation to Albuquerque with kids and in-laws. Hot breakfast of waffles, eggs, hash browns, and bacon or sausage was okay, but bacon ran out early; also had juice, coffee, bagels, muffins, fruit, and yogurt. Breakfast probably saved me $40 per day. Rooms were clean and the staff were very nice to my entire family. I would definitely stay there again.

I had suites. Rooms need restored especially bathroom. If you are staying more than one night this is not the hotel to stay in. House keeping leaves at 1:00 pm so if you leave your room later, good luck getting towels,coffee and etc. Room not very clean. Will not stay there again!

Hotel was dirty, lobby personnel rude, security exterior doors didn't lock. I would never stay in this hotel again. Hotel staff were absent and/or rude. The exterior door which should have used a card key was broken and the hotel propped open all night posing safety risk to guests. Room had many carpet stains and shower did not appear clean.

Easy access to hotel. One ice machine on main floor and needed key to open. The place was empty but clerk selected this far off room for us. Evidently, they would prefer empty rooms.

The beds were comfortable. Hair dryer and ice machine not working properly. The room was comfortable and clean. Although the hotel is located close to the interstate there was little outside noise in the room.

Close to my point of interest, clean, friendly, parking lot had good lighting. Restaurant was poor quality green moldy bread & unfriendly personnel. Extremely clean. Desk porsennel was extremely courteous and helpful. Will definately stay there again. Rooms were spacious and were kept up to date. I was rather impressed.

Very nicely arranged room, plenty of towels. Internet connection was not working on the 2nd day. Would stay there again without a doubt. Very clean and very quiet.

It was easy to check in and find a parking spot close to the room. Staff had difficulty suppling extra blankets in the winter. The hotel was clean, the room was nice, the sheets were a little rough to the touch but clean and neat. Bathroom and shower facilities very nice.
