It was convenient location easy to find. Breakfast was disgusting powdered nasty eggs. Wallpaper was peeling, the shower leaked a lot after it was turned off, it the rugs looked grimy.I was excited when they told us at the desk that there would be a hot breakfast. I cannot even begin to describe the way those powdered eggs tasted.

Stay was okay for price paid. On outer edge of downtown. Need transportation to go anywhere. Hotel is in need of upgrade, but it was clean and bed was comfortable. Good shower. About 5 minute drive to government area.

The rooms in this hotel are horrible. The first room they gave us had gum in the bed, the second room we went to had not had houskeeping since the last guest, and the third room smelled horrible. I have no idea what it was but we were so tired at that point that we just went to bed right away and got up extra early so we could get out of there. Luckily we were just passing through on our way to Boston.

I told the front desk when I checked in that I would need a shuttle ride to the train station the following morning. They said "no problem." In the meantime I found my room to be very shabby, e.g. dirty carpet, wallpaper pulling away from the walls, newspaper duct-taped in the cracks along the windowsill to keep the wind out. The food in the restaurant was horrible. The "business center" consisted of one desktop computer that wasn't working. The next morning I had to go down to the front desk to request caffeinated coffee since the packets in my room were both decaf. Front desk clerk said he couldn't find any at the moment, but would send some right up. It never came. I also reminded him that I needed a shuttle ride. He said okay. Checked out and found that the shuttle was just about to leave to drop off guests at the airport. When I reminded the clerk I needed a ride to the train station, he looked at me as if I'd just announced I was giving birth to an alien in the lobby. "WHAT?" The shuttle driver took pity on me and did take me to the station in the end. I was extremely pleased to LEAVE this very dumpy, ineptly run hotel.

The breakfast was good and the workers were friendly and helpful. The room smelled, the carpet was damp, the shower was dirty. The room smelled funny, the carpet was damp, and there was dirt in the shower. The toilet also leaked a little. Even with our low expectations we were still disappointed with our room. However, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was also good.

In general a good experience , I don't ususally sleep well away from home , not so here...Bad time with the shower adjustment though...no middle ground. Either scalding hot or cold...I will be notifying the management"

AWFUL!!! Was woken early up after working late at night by the sounds of a sawzall and hammering, incredibly uncaring behavior. Went on and on, even as I left. While getting dressed, the maid just walked into the room no knocking, just walked in. Front Desk Manager did not address the problems, asked when I would be in town next, presumably to give me a break on another room. This hotel tried hard to tell me what it thinks of its guests, and I got the message.

Free wireless internet. The shower head was for someone 5 foot 1. For the price I expected a bit more, and was sorely disappointed. Two lights in our room didn't work, there were rust stains in the bathroom, they took away our towels but didn't replace them the second night, the outside side door wasn't closed (meaning anyone could walk in), and the whole place felt like it hadn't been renovated since it was built in 1985.

Attendants were friendly and went out of the way to help. Our room had coffee pot, microwave, TV,& internet. Nice exercise room and pool. Room was lacking coffee, ice bag, and bulb in one lamp , but all were fixed immediatley. Breakfast was outstanding; and you even got to sit down in a nice restrauant to enjoy it. I'd stay there again.

Shuttle from airport was prompt and courteous. Ceiling plaster falling in room and bathroom, floor not vacuumed. I was very disappointed in the quality of the room for the dollar amount spent. Poor housekeeping and maintenance of facility. Wallpaper peeling in the closet, with large amount of mold. Smoking room, had to ask for ashtrays. Carpet soiled and public areas dirty. Would not go there again.

althought I booked the room when the hotel was having a slow weekend - I would still stay here again even if they were charging the regular ratesmy room has 2 double-beed....fridge...mwave oven...high speed 'net (wireless) - for a very low price this is value

The room was very clean, which was a plus. The hotel is old and a bit run down. Breakfast was average. Did not eat at the restaurant. Location was convenient.

The free continental breakfast was nice and was open from early morning until 11:00 am. Our room was nice but had a mildew smell(like wet towel).I was disappointed with the indoor pool, the room it was in and the water temp were both too cool.

This is a good middle of the road hotel. THere is nothing super but no complaints either. The bathroom had nice ammenities but was pretty plain looks-wise. The breakfast offer a nice variety of items but they should really work on providing a good cup of coffee. It is very convenient to I-90 and seems to be finished its renovations.

They provided a good selection of items for their complimentary breakfast. Cereal, fruit, muffins, donuts, juice, coffee etc. It saved us time getting ready in the mornings.

Girl at front desk was very helpful. I paid for a night I could not use because of extenuating circumstances, no flexibility. Hotel is fine.
