Very unstable water supply from a shower machine. No indication where is the ice/vending machine. You have to open every strange, unlocked room to figure it out for yourself. Staff did not know whether a room has a balcony or not, and no willingness to check it out for you. Just said "I don't know." But, her very last comment was "Enjoy your stay at Arlington Court Suites!"

Wide. Staff was not kind. There was no coffee pot in the room. That was the mistake of the staff. They did not show any kindness to respond my request. That's terrible.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations! It was a great suite with two queen beds and a full kitchen/living room with balcony. The price was good, and included full buffet breakfast each morning, light dinner three nights a week, and a cookie night on Thursday. The Metro stop was just up the hill, and the hotel shuttle driver took us there and picked us up whenever we needed a ride. The staff was very accomodating and pleasant any time we had questions about the local area. All in all it was a terriffic location with easy access to anywhere in DC. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was great for the price. It was extremely comfortable, spacious, and luxurious. They had free access to a computer and printer which was nice because we needed directions in a large city. Breakfast was included as well.

Location, quality, price. Hard to get to because of one way roads if not familiar with area. The staff especially the front desk were extremely helpful and courteous.

The Clarion Collection Arlington Suites was a surprise value. I had a king suite with kitchenette at a very reasonable rate. The hotel offered personal shuttle service to the Metro and went out of their way to accomodate me.

Hotel is located at very convent location and front desk staff were very friendly to upgrade the room as allocated room did not meet our requirement. We were told that there was no housekeeping staff to support which was kind of disturbing to not have room cleaned every day. This hotel is located at very convenient location near to Washington DC and shops. The hotel ambiance is very neat and front desk was very friendly and understanding to our need. On the flip side, they need to improve on Housekeeping. There was absolutely no room service during our stay because of Christmas holiday, which should have been addressed to us during our check ins. Having infant with us caused us some minor discomfort because of this. But, Other than that we were pretty happy with service and hotel and will recommend to others.

The accommodations at the Clarion were a pleasant surprise. Nestled in Arlington and close to dining, shopping and tourist attractions, it was easy to venture to the local sites. The room (all suites) was spacious and well appointed in the latest interior design, more than enough space for 1-4 people. Breakfast was hot and free, an added bonus, and the overall room rate was reasonable. I will definitely stay there again.

The Clarion Collection Hotel Arlington Court Suites was a very pleasant surprise. The room was nicely appointed, clean, and quiet and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. It is close to the Orange Line Metro which gets you easily all over the city. (The walk up the hill is a bit steep, however, which didn't bother us.) A fully equiped kitchen in the suite was very nice also. The hotel provides a free full hot breakfast buffet every morning and an acceptable free dinner for its guests on Monday, Tuesday and Wednsday evenings and within walking distance there are several resturants for casual dinners. The hotel provides a shuttle survice to the Metro Station and local markets and shopping center. Parking is available for a much more reasonable fee per night than many hotels in the area and certainly more reasonable than staying in DC itself. This hotel met our need very nicely and I would definately consider staying here again.

It's very close to where I live. The apathy of the staff. I called ahead and was assured there would be two cribs in the room when I arrived. I checked in and was told the cribs were on the way. After waiting an hour in the hotel room, I left for my house. I called and was told hey would call right back as soon as they found out the status of the cribs. After waiting a while, I called back and then was cut off after being put on hold. I finally got a person on the line and was told, "Oh, we only have one crib". The apathy of the staff was insulting. They obviously could care less about their customer service. No apology was ever offered for the poor service. It was extremely frustrating.

Our stay at the Clarion Collection Arlington Residence Court Hotel was very pleasant. It is just a few blocks away from the Metro subway system which can take you into DC. It was nice not having to worry about breakfast and several dinners as well. Overall we had a comforatable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

The room was spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. Although there was a "kitchen", there were no dishes nor implements. A notice said the hotel would be closed the month of January for complete refurbishing. The beds need new mattresses. I suspect when it reopens, it will be more expensive.

price was cheap. Not cheap enough. Ideal location near places in d.c. Otherwise, nothing else to do in in neighborhood. Room separate from main lobby. Not good for cold season because it is VERY uncomfortably cold getting around.
