You will be hard pressed to find anything similar in a location like this. Trams, Toorak, chocolatiers and Albert Park are at your doorstep. Easy access to the city, MCG & Rod Laver Arena. Yet it is quiet once you are inside. Breakfast was substantial, rooms immaculate. Bathroom was a little squishy - but i dare say it wasnt built for its current tennants. I parked on the street with no problem and it was free from 4pm-11am!! No lift access - so not great for those with decreased mobility. I'll be using it for all my trips to melbourne in the future.

Fairly noisy, but to be fair it was the weekend. Cooling was limited to a ceiling mounted fan. This should be changed to a wall fan for two reasons - one it can be cleaned & its way too high to be of use Facilities are good with all day coffee/tea & water Bunk beds were very hard to get in and out of & the little ladder is completely unsuitable (got bruises from it). Loved that it was so close to South Yarra & that is where it really shines. Seemed very secure too

The room was very simple but good for sleeping. The breakfast consists of a cereals, fruit salad, bred, butter, jam, coffee, tea and milk in buffet form. Free coffee, tee, filtered water and milk is available for the whole day.

Rooms are small but very clean. Not too many budget type accommodation houses where you have your own TV. Staff are very helpful.

I came to Melbourne for a conference and was on a strict budget so it was a bit of a gamble I took as you usually get what you pay for. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and facilities provided by the hotel along with its convenient location and it gave me a safe and secure bed for the nights I was there... We really enjoyed the hotel and its friendly staff. We had lots of luggage so they upgraded our room at no charge and when we needed to stay for another 2 nights they made arrangements so we could keep the same room even longer!

The room was extremely small. Bathrooms are clean and OK. Breakfast was included so that´s good. Very good location
