I would like to sincerely thank all staff for making our stay so memorable. They have all shown us friendliness, and given fantastic service. Any question or requests were answered with a smile. Our week in this beautiful country will never be forgotten and we will certainly recommend City River as the place to stay to any body coming to Siem Reap.

We only ate breakfast at the hotel- unhappy with fly on fruit first morning. Otherwise hygiene good. Reception and door man always helpful and polite. Room always cleaned quickly. A wast bin in room as well as bathroom would have been helpful. Balcony nice to sit on, swimming pool very clean and staff helpful. Thank you for looking after our room.

Thanks for the hospitality at City River. We came with a lot of anxiety regarding the law & order situation in Cambodia but had a great holiday. being a Hindu it was a pilgrimage for me.Give my thanks to Mr. Tung for a very comfortable ride in his Taxi. He is a great and simple man. Yours hotel staff is excellent and helpful. Location near the beautiful Siem Reap river is great.

The hotel has a good central location, away from the noise, but still within walking distance to the center. The rooms are perfect, big, clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was quite average, not really for the European taste. Do not miss the pool on the roof.

This is an extremely comfortable hotel and waht you would expect from a 3 star. It is situated just across the bridge a 3 min walk from the market and 5 mins from Pub street. The breakfast was a bit limited and the tea and coffee weren't great. If you don't fancy the bedlam of Pub street there is a nice quiet bar to the right of the hotel were you can have a good conversation with the locals.

"If you're like me, you're headed to Siem Reap to do a 1-2 day to on Angkor Wat and you're not looking to spend a lot of money doing it.If your goal is to stay in a decent hotel (clean sheets, decent furniture, decent space, decent bathroom with shower/tub and nice lobby)...then this hotel will suffice. It's nothing to write home about...the view from my window was so bad that the glass door was actually stained to block the view!!Nonetheless, I didn't care because I was there for two days to spend every possible momment at Angkor."

the location of the hotel is very good. just 10 minutes by walking to the old bazaar and 3 minutes by tuktuk. the only thing that i can criticise is the breakfast. there was nearly nothing to eat for me.

A well managed hotel within walking distance of the centre of town. Their new swimming pool on the seventh floor was most impressive. Renovations are being carried on at present with building noise during the day, however nights were quiet. Charged $1.00 per 30 minutes for internet connection in the foyer (though no printing facility). Overall a good value hotel and would stay again.

Found this Hotel to be in a great location, the service was excellant, and after being out in the heat all day the roof top pool and bar made the stay in Siem Reap top class
