Our family group (3 adults) found this accommodation convenient when we visited Birmingham for a graduation ceremony. The flat is in central Birmingham behind the NIA, so would particularly suit those going to an event at this venue. The flat's accommodation is modern with undeground secure parking and consisted of 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom is large with a siperking bed, but the other bedroom is a little small. There is also a longe/diner with well-appointed integral kitchen. Two small niggles: the hall carpet was filthy with stains, and the flat was hot as health and safety means that the small windows can only be opened a tiny amount! All in all, very reasonable and within walking distance of Birmingham's nightlife and canals.

The apartment and facilities were great, second to none. Really clean tidy appearance, with everything you could possibly need a real home from home. Parking abit tight nethertheless secure and safe. Only problem I had was a mis-understanding with payment. It was taken twice as the website confirmation wasn't accepted as payment. The problem was rectified immediately and all the staff were friendly and polite about it.

I stay in a lot of apartment hotels on business & this was the worst. It rained in from the ceiling over the bath!! The double bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together that didnt fit properly together. Also the springs on the mattress were pushing through...very uncomfortable. The TV had a problem with reception and there was a constant buzz which was very annoying. Not suitable for business travellers a its quite noisy until the early hours

Great place to stay in Birmingham. Lots of space and much nicer and competiitively priced to a bog standard hotel room. We shall definately return.

I would strongly recommend booking an apartment for your stay in Birmingham. We have always stayed in hotels within cities but this has totally made me think twice. In furture where possible we will book an apartment. It obviously depends on what you are looking to get from your stay but in our case the apartment worked really well for the weekend. It meant we could come and go as we pleased without the embarrassment of the cleaners walking in while your lounging around! If you are on a budget you can cook for youself as all the utensils you could possibly need are there. There is a washing machine in case you need it, a DVD library with a good selection of classic and new movies. You dont have to worry about thing slike towels, hair dryer, soap, tea, coffee etc. Its all there. And a great location, 2 min walk to the bars and resturants, we really enjoyed our stay.

great ideait really suited us to have the space of an apartment, rather than single room hotel space.Could not be better location for attending an event at NIA. Just cross the dual carriageway and you are there!Brilliant double (triple?) glazing in the bed room - could not hear a sound even though we were right on the corner of the building on the roundabout.

Fantastic value for money! This was by far one of the most pleasant experiences I have had staying in self-catering flats. The bathrooms were spotless, as was the kitchen. Everything you could need was available in the kitchen - cooking pots, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap etc. The flat itself was quite large and the only one on the floor so very quiet. The only quibble I have is that since it was very hot when we were there that providing fans would have been a nice touch as there was not much air circulation. Also there was no aerial or cable reception with the small television - it could only be used with the DVD player and it really was too small for the large room (15").

Perfect alternative to hotel accommodation, particularly for a group. Excellent, spacious apartment (bathrooms and bedrooms especially) and outstanding value. Highly recommended.

A great stayOverall this apartment was great and extremely functional. It was close enough to the city centre but was very quiet when we were there - that said it is right next to the NIA so it could be a different story when there is a gig on. The only negatives from our perspective were size of the second bed (a 2 bed apartment for 4 but the ensuite room had an extremely small double) and that it felt a bit empty and souless. Other than that great

Apprehensive...but pleasantly surprised! After reading half the comments on the Laterooms.com website regarding late nights, I anxiously booked the apartments hoping that I get a good apartment, with working hot water and secure parking that I wouldn't have to worry about someone breaking into my car (although in end I parked on the street!). I got more than what I had hoped or expected! The apartment was magnificent, beautiful, clean, quiet and very grand for the price I paid! I would highly highly recommend City Nites to everyone! There was no issue with secure parking as now the parking is in an underground car park. The apartments are located within walking distance to Broad street and all its bars, pubs and clubs and a stone throw away further is the Bullring shopping centre. The hotel is literally opposite the NIA and the neighbours were very friendly too! Will definitely stop by again in future!K

It's a must to stay here if your visiting Biringham, the acommodation is close to everything(by car)The accomodation was a perfect place to stay if your seeing a show at the NIA or if you want to drive a few miles down the road and walk into the City Centre. The building is directly opposite the NIA, so we felt safe (2 girls) walking back to our apartment late at night. The rooms and parking are very secure (There are limited parking spaces though) and it would be more useful if you could book in before 4pm, but our time was filled by shopping and stopping for a lovely lunch. The rooms have everything you need, so no need to take Towels, hairdryer or kitchen utensils, it's all there! The decor of the appartment was very modern and very comfortable (The cooker could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn't too bad) It was a shame that we didn't spend much time there to enjoy it a bit more. There was also a large sun terrace where we sat to enjoy a few drinks in the sun. (or you could take a disposable BBQ) I would highly recommend staying here and would book again on our next visit to Birmingham.

Lovely AptsOur apt was really lovely, all mod-con. Very impressed. The only down side - there was suppose to be daily cleaning service which we didn't get. We had to ring to get our towels changed and only got 3 towels even though it was booked for 4.
