I thought the reception staff were very helpful and really friendly.

Hotel location is central. Very cosy and comfortable, as it is family run it has character. The rooms are a on the small side, as we were a family with one small child it was fine, but a family with 2 kids, is a problem. The breakfasts offer a good variety with generous buffet portions. The reception staff seemed to busy to acknowledge their guests, and weren't the friendliest. Other than that would be happy to return.

The hotel was suitable to relax, excepting an inconvenient thing. The minibar was closed in all time because the key was broken in the lock. The receptionist promised that the maintenance guy would come, but he didn't come.

The setting in the hotel is very homey. Receptionists and all staff are kind and helpful. I have booked this hotel two times and its visiting seems like celebration as children laugh and holiday mood is an integral part of the hotel's image. Excellent place where to spend holidays with friends and family especially because Santa's Village is just about 30min away from there.
