Spent Christmas 2008 at the Chalet Oberland and it was great. Location, staff, room and price were all superb. Would definitely return in the future.

This is the best hotel i stayed very near to the station,i like there hospitality

The location of this hotel in the center of the town. The rooms are clean and comfortable but basic. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of hot food. The value for money is excellent. I would stay here again.

Absolutely poor service. Poor breakfast. Dont stay here if you want to enjoy your holiday. Room was alright with a very modern look and new furnishing. But was rather small.

The standard room is a bit dated. However, the deluxe room that we have upgraded (at a fee) is clean, cosy and spacious. Location is central and within walking distance to restaurants and casino.

The rooms are clean but a little pricey. This hotel is near to Interlaken West station but however most of the travelling are done from Interlaken Ost station. Its about 1 or 2 bus stop away from Interlaken Ost or half an hr walk from Interlaken Ost. I would say the buffet breakfast is good with varieties but however there are lots of group tour in this hotel.
