So so dirty there was food under the bed stains on the beds and drapes, The drapes were falling down, Room stunk It was the worst motel/hotel we have stayed in and thats Aus/NZ and Asia. DON'T GO THERE

THE WORST HOTEL THAT WE HAVE EVER BEEN IN !!!!!!!!. I feel sorry for the staff that have to listen to all the complaints. Everything that has been said in the previous reviews is so true but we have now lived it. This place should not be allowed to be advertised anywhere, it should be condemned!!! ! Our first room was shocking enough and when we went to sit on the bed it was so soft & saggy that we almost hit the floor. When we laid on it we rolled into the middle and couldn’t get out. But the worst was yet to come, we looked over to the side of the bedspread and there was a very suspicious brown stain. We moved twice and still the rooms were unclean. Toenail clippings & food & other rubish left on the carpet as the carpet was not vacuumed. The so called sealed complimentary soap had been used and put back in the packet. We had paid for several nights on the net so we couldn’t afford to leave. The hotel is a joke advertising a swimming pool that was unfit for humans or animals. The tennis court is used as a car park - no nets and fence broken and falling apart .I wouldn’t even eat or have breakfast in the so called dining room. Thed foyer was smelly (as was most of the place) and the entrance on the outside of the building had a broken window and the artificial grass carpet on the patched up facias in the front entrance makes it so welcoming. We have travelled a fair bit in Asia & stayed in what we thought were some ‘rough’ hotel rooms, but this one takes the cake. I would rate this hotel at 0.5 stars on a third world scale. I WISH WE HAD CHECKED OUT THE REVIEWS BEFORE WE BOOKED

The whole hotel would be worth what i paid for just one room.

Obviously a budget hotel, very dated decor, odd adhock adornments like haspen staple(slide bolt) locks on bathroom doors. I felt that the room charge was outrageous given the standard of the hotel. Obviously price gouging because of general room shortage. Had the room rate matched the room quality I would have been ok with it, but in the circumstances, we won't use you again.

The kettle was broken and the tv didn't work properly. Staff were helpful but issues not resolved proactively - waited until complaints were made.

This motel is being neglected and looks ready for demolition. It has deteriorated since my previous stay 4 years ago. Breakfast is the only meal served. Staff were friendly and helpful. I doubt that it deserves 3 1/2 stars.

Motel was in need of update and maintenance. We stayed 2 nights and no-one came near our room to clean, service or replace towels. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
