The motel was quite reasonable compared to nearby accommodations. Convenient location,clean room and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable.I will re-stay here next time when I come to Vancouver.

BEDBUGS! If you want to sleep with bedbugs, that's the place you should go! Found a bedbug in the morning and checked out immediately after one night. The rooms are filthy and the doors do not close correctly so that you see a big gap and hear all the noise from the street. And still, the rooms are pricy. The management is very uncooperative, I had to write down my complaints on a Post-It note and never got a reply.

The hotel was a shocking green colour and we were apprehensive but staff were obliging, we had Room 106/7 which was the second room behind the office. It was a basic small room. We paid $4 for 24 hours internet use. Parking was free but we were concerned about being broken into from the main street. The pillows and bedding was clean. The mattress appeared brand new. McDonald's was down the road for breakfast etc. We drove to all Vancouver's attractions.
