Offering an affordable and independent alternative to a traditional hotel, these practically furnished flats are ideally situated close to the historic city centre and not far from the train station.

City Budget Flats certainly lives up to it's name as the flats are affordable and close to Leuven city centre. Leuven is one of the nicest historical cities in Belgium with one of the oldest universities in Europe. The flats are situated in a quiet street at the centre of the city, within walking distance of the city hall, shops, restaurants, bars and museums.

You have a choice of either a fully equipped budget flat or a student flat with basic furniture. Every flat has its own equipped kitchenette with fridge and a bathroom. In some cases there is a separate sleeping area.

Leuven is one of the nicest old cities of Belgium with one of the oldest universities of Europe. City Budget Flats is in a quiet street at the centre of the city, within walking distance of the town hall, shops, restaurants, bars and museums.

All flats have a kitchen with fridge and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Internet access is also available in all rooms (WIFI)

The Business Budget Flats are fully equipped, while the Student Flats are accommodated with the basic necessities to stay overnight (bed and linen, towels also included).

Student Flat (1 Person) - The Student Flat is the most basic room for rent and is the ideal place if you just need to sleep and don't need the comfort of a hotel.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Our complex has no bar or restaurant, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you can prepare your own meals.
Within walking distance there are a lot of cosy restaurants and bars that offer very good quality at very reasonable prices.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 12 years.
Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
