The residence offers 26 furnished and air-conditionned flats spread over 7 storeys providing a friendly and functional space for working, eating and of course relaxing. The reception is opened Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 9pm, saturdays, sundays and public holidays, the reception is opened from 8am to noon and from 2pm to 6pm. Please contact the residence for arrival outside opening hours.Payment is due upon to arrival. What a perfect Studio Apartment for short stay traveller. The studio apartment is clean and comfort and the most significant is the price is reasonable. The apartment is slightly far from the city but with the metro it wouldn;t be a problem.

Hard to believe a kitchenette is even an option for a hotel room in France, let alone Europe, for under 150 a night. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Full kitchen with dishes, fridge, sink, dishwasher, pots/pans, utensils, microwave, range and oven. Attractive, modern decor. Bathroom felt rather narrow, and sink awkwardly small, but otherwise clean. Safe location with street view of Tour Eiffel, easy walking distance to bus and m?tro lines, restaurants, stores, Sunday neighborhood market. Reception is only open limited hours; need an access code for entry onto property after hours. I would definitely consider staying here again.

we stayed in room 702 and had a fabulous time - room was bigger than expected and very good value for money - we had a balcony of the bedroom and a terrace off the loung/kitchen with view of the eiffel tower. Would definately stay here again if we returned to pais
